Very nice stay. Close walk to sporting events and restaurants, shops, and bars. Breakfast was delicious and readily available. Staff was very nice. Room was nice and comfortable.

Overall good stay. The room showed signs of wear. Caulking in the shower was moldy.

This hotel has a lot of character and is in a good location, close to downtown. The nearby parking garage also made parking convenient. We loved the breakfast! Lots of good options that were still plentiful and hot near the end of the service time. The area was clean and had plenty of seating. The front desk staff was friendly, informative and helpful.

The property provides transportation to the airport as well as destinations within 3 miles of the hotel. Restaurants, a Catholic Church, and a DGX (like a Dollar General) are within walking distance. A daily breakfast buffet is also included. This is my go-to hotel for my stays in Omaha.

Stayed here for 6 nights with our fur-boys and every day was extremely pleasant. Having a "functional" kitchen with a full size fridge and dishwasher made it feel even more like home. The hotel has a shuttle service that will take you all over downtown Omaha and also to Creighton University. They even have a shopping service where the hotel staff will shop for you and deliver it to your hotel door. We will definitely be back again next year!

I booked a stay for Aug 3rd around 11pm. When we arrived we were told we couldn't check in till 2am because of audits. We waited an hour in the lounge area where we were then told at midnight that our booking automatically changed to Aug 4th. We were told they had 3 available rooms but that we were not allowed to book any of them for that night because we would have to do so through the app and the app wouldn't let us after midnight which is when we were told about the change. We were told we would receive a refund and never got that either.

I stayed for one night. My room was clean & comfortable. The only issue was the shower. I had a "low flow" shower, which isnt doing anyone any favors. idk if this is on purpose .... but, its annoying..

We visit Omaha every year for the past 4 years and we have stayed here twice. Each time we try a different hotel, we keep comparing to this one. We loved to stay here! Rooms are clean, it's quiet, it remotely close, and customer service is top notch!

It's in great location. Hotel is in old building but they kept it clean and nice. Breakfast is great. Even though it's in busy street you couldn't hear much noise from outside.

The room was well thought out, spacious, comfortable, and clean with a nice kitchen including a full size refrigerator. The exercise room had two treadmills, two ellipticals, a bike or two, weight machine and free weights. Some entrees at breakfast were exceptional and the outside patio was lovely. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. The location is perfect distance to walk to some nice downtown spots. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Omaha.

The suite I stayed in was super modern and very spacious. I would recommend anyone to stay either by yourself or with your family. Very centrally located to Downtown Omaha and the Old Market.

We loved the convenience of the shuttle service they provided within proximity to the hotel. For parking, be sure to check into the hotel first. Overall, it was a great hotel and we look forward to visiting again!

We were in town for a concert at the Chi Health Center and it was so easy to walk right over there. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was the only small issue as it’s not on site but only a short walk down the street.

We have stayed here many times while in Omaha. It is definitely one of our favorite places to stay! Nice spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The only issues we have ever had is the bathroom sinks don't always drain the fastest, but it is an old building so that is to be expected. With the parking garage next door and great proximity to downtown attractions and eateries walking is the way to go. Park, stay and play, this is the perfect place for that!
