Very comfortable stay at the Shangri-la Jing’An. Comfortable furnishings, lots of space and amazing views. The 24hr gym on the 4th Floor is a great space to go when recovering from jet lag. Location is perfect and restaurants Calypso and 1515 were delicious

Lovely place, I got fully charged in just two days at this place after long and tired work trip. Convenient transport, and comfortable room, with lots of delicious food in that area. Definitely will come back for my next Shanghai trip.

A used condom packaging was on the table, cleanliness is an issue. Despite night shift manager switched the room and compensate with free breakfast, but would not want to stay here again.

All the facilities are good with fantastic location. The most I liked is swimming pool of which water quality is excellent. Gym is good though.

The whole check in experience is terrible, not a fair queue and everybody try to cut short, and no one can maintain the rule. Bad experience happens again when I check out. Surprisingly they didn’t refund me the balance. That’s quite shocking.

Barry from concierge and Coco from the club took extra care to us and arranged all the good restaurants, entertainment etc to make our trip easier and satisfying.
The view from the room is impeccable, the only downside is they don’t have washlet in the toilet which is essential for Japanese.

Quick and Courteous check in. I was sold a great priced upgrade at check in. It gave me a lovely room with more space and access to the club upstairs. Really made the difference on my last night of an exhausting work trip!
