I like the place.

Hotel is a bit older and dusty. Great water spa attraction and food was delicious. Location is good. Staff very attentive

Service was excellent. Facilities need to be upgraded. Minor repairs on closet doors. Shower enclosure needs to be sealed. Dust accumulated on crevices need to be worked on. Thorough vacuuming to remove hairs and dust particles is needed.

Long line up during check-in. So many people At the lobby and check-in was slow. Also I find the 3pm check-in time later than other hotels.

The only thing i like is the water spa. Dear owners of Ace Hotel: 1.The towels that we're provided in our room was so disgustingly old and dark. Looks like its been overused already for a decade. Its time to change and put a brand new towels. Theres not even a wash cloth provided! 2. Please can you guys provide a Netflix or Amazon prime so we can watch a good movie. We really have no choice except the local channels. Please consider this review and im sure your score will go up. Thank you

First of all, I am thankful to Expedia's partnership with Ace for offering the lowest price among other OTAs. Then thank you so much, Ace, for your consistent excellence, in the spa's cleanliness and therapeutic effect. It's my 3rd time to swim there. Then it's my first time booking the room and I was also happy. The lowest budget bedroom was beautiful and clean, too. I also so appreciate the free breakfast buffet! Yummy food and great ambiance with warm atmosphere. Also, we left an item there and when I came back for it, the staff had it and gave it to me. Wow at the safety and integrity. Thank you so much. Also, thank you for including the free parking for our stay. We just needed to validate it regardless of how many times we go out and it's still free. Know what, I will definitely come back again and recommend you to everyone. My hubby and I really enjoyed. Keep up the great work!!! :)

I liked the water spa and the buffet breakfast.

Has a good view. some foods are bit pricey. But overall thumbs up.

No hot water for shower. Air conditioner is noisy. No free bottled water. Wifi is super slow and unstable. Furthermore, they charged me 4000 PHP for deposit but said they will return 2 weeks later after checking out. Why 2 weeks? I also found that some guests were not charged deposit. Is this discrimination on nationality? I feel very uncomfortable.

I love the staff for doing their best with what they have, just never give a kitchen knife when a guest asked for a butter knife. Plastic utensils for room service? I don't think they clean the bathroom as much as they should. Food was okay or great depending on your appetite. The Thursday Manager was awesome, so are the reception staff. Host/Hostess... well, I went to get a buffet for the evening and she asked me if I was there for the evening buffet. I really had to stop myself from responding "no I'm here for breakfast". I know some staff are just being cordial but some of the questions they ask are just plain s...... Now for the water spa.... I can't wear a swimming short but you can rent one. Seriously. Just for the fun of it, I went to a shop and bought a seamless underwear that was a bit sheer and I was allowed to use it.... Go figure. Will I stay here again or recommend this hotel ? Hell no !!!!!

Family and I had a great stay! Check in was a breeze. Staff were accommodating. I was upgraded so I can't complain :)

Water spa was wonderful. Each room has its own water pitcher that you can refill from the hallway. Really convenient.

The spa is very relaxing. The room and the hotel is very pretty as well so it's quite pricy but I can say that it's worth it.

I checked in on Saturday at 1pm, lobby was like a market, so crowded. I found out that the water spa is open to the public and it is not just for Guests who have room reservation. The manager and other staff in front desk are not friendly and needs more training on how to be professional.

Rooms were spacious. The ref was empty and did not have courtesy water or water for sale.

Water spa is great. Just hope less salt on food.

Good weekend staycation. There was a lot of good restaurants nearby.

We liked the warm and cozy water / massage spa pools.

The room is ok, The bathroom is not that clean. But we enjoyed the water spa.

Me and my family enjoyed the ace water spa. One thing about ace water spa, i didnt realize until we check-in that it was not included on my booking, i must have overlooked but regardless, it should always be included upon booking and with options to put if i want to enjoy it during our stay. Like my bookings from 20-22, there should have an options if i want to enjoy water spa for 2 days or during our stay. Other than that my family had a wonderful time. Thank you!
