Stayed for a couple of night stopover on the way to Australia.
A beautiful city, toured around the Bay Area which was within walking distance.
The hotel was very good, with great views. Reception as on the 32nd floor!
We ate in the bar both nights off the room service menu. Great food
Nice infinity pool on the 35th floor is good and the sauna and hot pool .

Beautiful hotel conveniently located. Service level was good enough for a 5 star hotel but could be more attentive. Room was beautiful with an eye for detail. Fantastic views from the 39th floor. Furniture nice and comfortable, bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of choices. Would stay here again for sure.

2 double bed room for a family of 4. The were beds were UK standard or possibly small doubles size, ie smaller than any other double bed expected in any other high end hotel. Luckily there was a short sofa bed which helped with bed allocation.
Staff told us there was a shower facility available to use when we returned to pick up liggage before our late flight, but when we tried to use it, only adults allowed. There was a room nearby with combined and disabled toilet which they needed to use instead. Not the end of the world, but somewhat inconvenient.
We got the family zoo package mainly because it was the cheapest breakfast. Breakfast was full and we got seated in the lobby/bar area. The package included zoo tickets which are given on arival. To use these however, you need to book in advance.

A magnificent hotel with friendly staff. Situated in the business district and only a short walk to Marina Bay. Lau Pa Sat hawker food stall around the corner. Loved the extensive buffet breakfast, can highly recommend staying at this hotel. We will again :)

Beautiful clean hotel. Checkin was quick and easy. We got the 2 double beds room. Breakfast buffet was included in our deal as well, good selection of foods. Our room was nice and clean. MRT station is right outside the hotel which was convenient. Would stay here again.

The Westin is what you would expect for the price point. Room was spacious and bathroom was very generous. Good buffet breakfast and walking distance to Marina Bay Area plus Boon Tat St & Lau Pa Sat. Lots of other dining options nearby plus bars etc. We have previously stayed on Sentosa island but would absolutely stay at the Westin again.

The Westin supplied us with a modern spacious king room with all the facilities you would expect from a high end hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff keep the place spotless and running smoothly. The hotel is located close to many dining options including Asia Square just a few metres away and also Lau Pa Sat the largest and most diverse hawker food market in Singapore. Best of all though is the MRT (mass rapid transit) station at the front door of the hotel. The MRT is by far IMHO the best and cheapest way to get to almost anywhere in Singapore. A stay at the Westin in Marina Bay will not disappoint.

The Westin Singapore is a great hotel! The rooms are rather business like but with great views, huge bathrooms, good amenities and comfortable beds! The club lounge and the pool offer great views of harbour and Marina. The breakfast and the late tea at the club lounge are wonderful and calm. But the best of the Hotel is Eddie, a running compassionate who takes guests on special runs in the mornings! Absolutely recommended! TOP! Also the Yoga classes are great and a good start into the day! I can highly recommend the Westin Singapore!

We travelled 16 hours from London arriving early morning, even though check in is not till afternoon we have been accommodated immediately. Everyone in hotel was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel is spotless and rooms very comfortable with beautiful view. Rooftop pool was a great place to relax, never too busy. Breakfast in the form of buffet with great choice for anyone ! Location of the hotel is perfect, short drive to Santosa for kids entertainment, and generally very close to main touristic places. We have seen it all, every night we were coming exhausted from adventures and The Westin was our perfect place to relax . Couldn’t recommend enough

Our stay in Singapore was too short (like 18 hours). We were not there long enough to explore the city/county.
We also had jet lag. However, the Hotel itself is a fine property.

The hotel staff were excellent. Even though the room we got initially had a funky smell and next door neighbour was very loud till very late. When we called the dury manager they addressed the noisy neighbour and changed our room for the remainder of our stay to a room higher floor room that didnt smell. Breakfast was great and the pool was amazing and fun for the kids.

Being dropped off by a taxi, late at night to an Empty cavernous space with Zero humans & Zero signage indicating Where check in was . . . Sucked .
Being on a plane 20 hours before that didn't help .
Eventually some young people came down the elevators ( buttons hidden at ground level ) & helped direct me to check in on the Thirty Second floor .
Fortunately , the staff upstairs was quite together unlike the idiots who set up the ground floor space .

The Westin is an excellent option for anyone visiting Singapore. It's near a metro stop, a hawker market, and within walking distance from several tourist sites. The hotel itself is very clean, secure, and comfortable.

The property was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffets were excellent and the pool was spectacular. The hotel was in a centrally located area, walking distance to three train lines, a food market, and all the tourist activities around downtown Singapore. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Nice large modern quite room with a view,every room is above 32 nd floor, pool on the 35 th floors area is business but there is a Hawker with about 30 food stand where they close the street at night and the food is out of this world within 1 blocks

Hotel is located in Downtown area and easy to go Marina Bay, Orchard and any other place. Also, very convenient to go hoaker to enjoy local meals.
Facilities are sufficient to enjoy hotel by equipped spa training gym and infinity pool.
Points to regret are bowl and bath taps could not adjust temperature.Also safety box did not work well.
It has been fixed right after informed to facility manager but hopefully it should be checked before customer using it.
But in total view I was very satisfied to stay in there.
