Hotel was perfect. Great location, comfortable rooms with everything you need and a lovely spa. Breakfast was superb too.

Friendly service, English skills not very good, but made myself understood. Our mini bar was broken, went to the reception twice to ask for a repear or a new one as we really needed a fridge. Nothing happened nor did we get any kind of explanation. Excellent breakfast and hotel provided packed breakfast as we left really early.

Great hotel location, walkable anywhere. Nice front desk lady, we arrived on Saturday night the street was very busy but the room was so quiet which we liked!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the hotel was clean and in an excellent location. Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit disappointed but a glass of wine was a nice touch.

A great hotel in terms of location, modernity, and affordability. The only complains are the mattress wasn’t comfortable, on the hard side and check in process took quite some time.

Excellent hotel in very good location. Superb breakfast and staff. Some small issue w housekeeping that was solved within a day (sheets in the room had some nicotine pouches fr prev guests lying around). But overall we loved the hotel and will def book this again if in the area again at some poikt.

Great location. Bit simple for 4*. No robes, only “all in one” soap. No refill of minibar. Soap wasn’t refilled either so second day there was none to wash hands. Front desk doesn’t have access to refill any of the minibar at night (not even water)

Our room 421 was cosy but a bit noisy at early hours: window was facing street and drunken people yell and shout when returning from bars.
Breakfast was good, especially good porridge. And sparkling wine 😀.

Overall this is a decent hotel. Room was reasonably sized and very clean. Furnishings a bit on the cheap side - bed and pillows were not great. Breakfast was ok albeit some of the items offered would not meet the standards of a top hotel or may be different to what you may be used to elsewhere (e.g. the 'orange juice' is clearly not from fresh oranges or even normal concentrate, the sausages are not normal sausages, all of the apples available each morning were long past their best and would not be considered sellable in a supermarket etc). Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Staff are generally quite direct but polite/efficient.

Even they were amazing due to be my partner birthday and the room was very cleaned. Unfortunately the spa was very busy when we went there and the all morning today we didn't have hot water in the room :(

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Wellton hotel. Room very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included was very nice. Hotel is in a great location in the old town.

The hotel was nice and very well located. But two odd things which were disappointing:
1. I didn't realise that as a hotel resident I'd need to book to go in the pool. When i went down it was fully booked that day and for the rest of my stay.
2. Rooms are only cleaned if you put a green tag on the door. This was not explained so i went all four days without the room being cleaned, the bed made, the bin emptied or the coffee supplies replenished. When i asked this was billed as a "green " thing. I agree that as hotel guests we don't need our sheets and towels changed every day..but that doesn't mean we don't want any housekeeping at all. It shouldn't be all or nothing!

Modern hotel. Tasty breakfast. Nice but small spa. Big room. Close to the most sights in the city.
The basic drawback was the temperature of the room (during winter time the temperature wasn’t as good as I expected).

Room with daily access to spa makes no sense in my eyes. As spa area is quite small you have to pre-book slots of nax 1.5 hours. If full at your preferred time you cannot go in though you paid for daily access.
But this is the only not so positive experience.
