First time here at Sheffield always go to the one in Edinburgh absolutely perfect service as soon as you enter the hotel…friendly welcome & helpful staff.
The hotel is clean & the room is comfortable & had a great night sleep.
Breakfast had plenty of choices to suit everyone.

We stayed for 2 nights for a trip to Sheffield as my son was in a tournament the staff were all fantastic and the cleanliness was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and great selection and quality.

Absolutely amazing from stepping into the hotel to stepping out nothing was to much trouble the staff was excellent very friendly and polite and professional thank you I will definitely recommend and stay there again

Really nice, convenient stay for a business trip. Good breakfast and kind staff. Only issue was the room card didn't work in the elevator so spent about twenty minutes going back and forth between room, lift and reception. No biggy.

Stay was overall great, car park is not good though, ridiculously narrow throughout, also would’ve been good to know the extensive roadworks happening right in front of the entrance to the hotel.

Staff was incredible nice, friendly and professional, very helpful throughout our stay.
I feel like facilities are a bit average you would expect. No smart TV - so very limited with what you want to watch as only free view available. Small fridge would be an good addition.
Also sofabed wasn't very comfortable.

Convenient, clean and modern hotel. Very comfortable. Staff are very professional and friendly. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Nice and quiet to relax after a day of work.

Great value for money. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Check in and check out we’re very quick and straightforward. There was a large variety of food provided for breakfast. 5/6 minute walk to the centre. The room and all facilities were very clean. A pleasant stay.

I was told that breakfast was 7-11 all the time and went down at 10:25 on Monday and it was 6-10 so I missed breakfast because I was told the wrong information which was disappointing

I parked unfortunately in what I thought was the overflow car park of the hotel.Went to my car early this morning and was blocked in,rang the mobile number left in her car & was verbally abused by the woman. Apologised but she was not happy exsplained my mistake and got more abuse.Thankfully a member of your staff kindly came & helped me move my car.

We had a great staff. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was great with lots of dairy free options.

So glad we stayed here again and not the Travel lodge as it was poles apart in standard from what we saw of our friends rooms. However the roadworks are still there a year on and navigating the road closures by car was not easy.

Lovely hotel, great friendly staff. Hotel room clean and quiet. Good gym available and great breakfast with lots of choice. Really convenient location easy to walk to Uni and shops. Will definitely come again.
