Very attentive and courteous crew and staff.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The hotel was clean, family friendly and had great views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great if you like walking to malls. The kids enjoyed the pool and loved having a 24 hour Jolliebee next to hotel. A

Very helpful gym instructors! Clean Flow and Spa Facility, accommodating staff from all areas (lobby, check in staff, elevator staff, security, dining staff and housekeeping, especially gym and swimming staff! Love them!

Loved the view from our room, the layout was great. I enjoyed the tub and the size of the bathroom was great. Nice comfy bed!

The 20m indoor pool with spa pool on the 22nd floor is amazing. The food is awesome rooms are amazing and staff are professional and polite. It is a hotel for business travellers, solo travellers and families.

The amenities (most especially the indoor heated swimming pool) were what I liked best about my stay. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

Bed sheets doesn’t smell fresh

First, I love the view from my room. Friendly staff! Excellent food options. Definitely upgrade to the VIP lounge so you have access to light food and drinks until 10pm (last call for orders at 7:30). They make good cappuccino if that what’s your in too. You also get a discount at the restaurant if you are a guest at the hotel. Rooms are very clean which a person with germ phobia like me will appreciate. There’s a lot of people but the friendly staff take time to remember you by your first name. Nice gym, nice pool but I don’t get a time to check it out. I planned to eat out but the restaurant in the property kept me satisfied so I just stayed in. Lastly, I’ve stayed at many 5 stars hotel in Manila and I can now say, I added this hotel to one of my favorites. This is my first time here but highly recommend this hotel.

This property is pretty and the rooms are so nice. Service is terrible. Luckily there is a 711 downstairs. If you want good service at breakfast -- forget it. Good service on 24th floor bar -- forget it. Good service at VU bar? Forget it. Getting a water for a customer results in confusion and delays. Clearly the staff is not well trained. I ordered room service. Two items. They forgot to bring one and sent to a different room. At a 4-5 star hotel, the idea is to relax. Not possible here with all the mistakes.

Room stench smoking by previous tenant

The staff were very nice, friendly, very accommodating from the time you get there until your last day. My only comment is that our room does not have safety vault (not sure abt the rest).

I was quite pleased with in stay at Marco Polo. I was also pleased with the staff and service they offered.

This hotel is overall nice. But they still have issues with the staff. Restaurant service quite poor for a 4 star hotel. My wife and I were seated at breakfast. They asked our drink order. Water and latte. After we went to get our food at the buffet nothing had been served. They had put empty glasses on our table. The water was 20 feet away. You would think that at an upscale restaurant, they would make it a priority to serve water to the patrons. And they didn't know how to make a latte. They drinks came luke warm. I asked the manager. They made two new lattes. One was hot. The other luke warm again. Not good for a high end hotel. Also at break time, all the sofas for the guests at the lounge/check in were occuppied by employees texting on break, for maybe 30 minutes. Is there no break area for employees. I have never seen in a hotel, and a highly rated one at that, the employees on break occupying the check in area and relaxing on their phones. Also, as with the bad service, the bar upstairs, I ordered wine and accompanying water. The waiters forgot the water two times. I had to walk to the bar and ask the bartender for water. Turns out there was no bottled water at the bar, and they had to go get it somewhere else. When the waiter came back he had an attitude. I had to ask for water 3 times. Marco Polo should improve their staff training.

Read my other reviews. They don't provide 4 or 5 star service. I had a bad experience about a year ago and I avoided staying there. I am typing this from another hotel. I am avoiding MP.

This is a great hotel in a good area. Walking distance to great shopping. Staff is exceptional. Pool on the 22nd floor is very nice and relaxing. It is worth getting a hotel like this further from the airport.

Best value for your money.

Service in the breakfast to poor they forget the others and take long time And not bring together really slow and poor Plus food nor replace in time means so many dishes was empty during breakfast time . Need to check this .

They always treat me well.

I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel. However, I've noticed that it's starting to show signs of age, and there's a noticeable damp smell if I turn off the air conditioning to sleep. Additionally, while their breakfast used to be good, I've observed a decline in the quality of their food compared to before. Despite these issues, I must commend the staff for being very kind and helpful.

Excellent service end to end. Fantastic room with a lovely mountain view.The buffet was superb, the hospitality was second to none. Will stay here again.
