breakfast was really good, the only problem was that the room key machine was not working and they would have to walk us to the rooms but staff was really nice and it was very clean

The first night I stayed it was great room was great I was comfortable everything good. I came back a week later and got a room, it smelled horrible in the floor, the room smelled and there was dark hair all over in the shower. I am blond.I didn't request to move cause I was only there 8 hours. I was very disappointed. The front seat gentelman was amazing though. I had better experience at LaQuinta

Miguel front desk work sucked!!! Very poor customer service. Called me a migrant and 5 minutes after being in my room he called and said we had to keep quiet FIVE MINUTES AFTER WE SHOW UP!!! Miguel had a problem with me .i had to ask for a refund 5 minutes into are stay!!! Worst customer service experience hotel ever I will never go back .i will never go back to a home 2 home because of miguel

The shower hadn't been cleaned in maybe ever, red mold/mildew was growing up the corners, the floor was disgusting, there were stains on the couch and old food on the utensils in the kitchen-ette. The pool and hottub were closed, and none of the ice machines were working throughout any of the hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the breakfast was awful. Cheap stay, but on the lower end of hotels for sure. Sad because this used to be one of the better ones, and always a standard for us when we travel. This location had really gone downhill. The gal at the front (beautiful long red hair) was super sweet and helpful, but the Spanish speaking manager was on his personal phone making calls, yelling in Spanish in the lobby, and it was super unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were on 3rd floor and got stuck next to three small dogs who barked constantly. The dog limit is only two dogs. Not a fun stay.

Front desk staff was trying to do double-duty with the morning breakfast and struggling. He did his best but the hotel seemed understaffed. Breakfast items weren't stocked well, and the coffee was pretty bad. The cleaning staff did a good job. The location is ok, tucked back in a parking area in an office complex.

My favorite part about Home2 Suites is the size of the rooms with great kitchen ammenities. Full size fridge, microwave and even a toaster! We stayed 8 nights so eating out all the time is not what we want to do, so the kitchen is very helpful. Plenty of space to store our things and lots of counter space for computers and work.
It's a little worn, doesn't feel bright and shiney, but it is clean. The pool area is not the greatest. Small pool and really cold. It's indoors and not heated. Even the grandkids thought it was too cold to get in, although they eventually did and had fun.
A couple of the front desk people are very welcoming and helpful, a couple are pretty deadbeat and won't even look up when you come in, but they really don't effect my opinion on whether I stay or not.
Breakfast is minimul. It'll fill the empty stomach, but we chose to buy things more healthy to do in our room.
It's a great location for the South end of the valley with a lot of food and shopping really close by.
Overall, we've stayed here 3 times now and we'll stay again.

Nice clean hotel but the most expensive pet fee I’ve ever encountered. $75 pet fee! Will stay nearby next time where pet fee is $30.

Great stay. Loved having the full kitchen. The shower was a bit small and didn’t look clean. The bed was comfy but pillows were not great.

When I went to check in after driving 12 hours I was told there was an issue with my room that I had booked for almost 2 months. They placed blame on on Expedia, but Expedia said they were not informed of the issue before talking to me.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms and the cleanliness was not so good. I always bring a black light and has to go to the store to get sanitizing wipes and disinfectant spray. I also bring my own sheets: glad I did. Next time I will go back to Marriott- much cleaner. Cost of the room was too much for what we got.

To begin with there was a "Surprise" incidental fee added to your room. ( Portion unused returned in 7 days). If your on a tight budget unavailable funds can be a big deal . The swimming pool was too cold for kids to swim in comfortably. The breakfast was very disappointing. They were out of most everything both days including plates silverware and napkins and very slow to replenish with minimal amounts. For the price it was truly a disappointing experience. Will not be staying at Hilton again anytime soon

Clean, comfortable suite during a short ski trip. Loved the large room with kitchen, afternoon cookies, and hot chocolate bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but had a few egg and sandwich choices which were tasty. Shower was dated but worked. Would stay there again.

I only wish I could say the same for the new Hotels.com reward program. It’s terrible for the consumer they reduce the amount that you collect as a loyalty payment by 75%.

Typically hotels are too bright first thing in the morning. The window coverings were very effective in blocking out the morning sun allowing us to sleep in. Additionally, they had a privacy curtain between the couch area and the bed.

Spacious and comfortable room with full kitchen. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice location with easy parking and some decent restaurants you can walk to. A great deal for the price!

We were charged $150 deposit and received $75 back. There was no explanation as to why! First, we will never stay there again and are VERY disappointed in this matter and will let our family and friends know to watch out when booking rooms in the future!!! John LaMunyon

Such a nice room for the money.. very clean and tidy, kitchen and office area... lovely stay. Plus the oyster market bar across the parking lot makes a campari and oysters on the half shell a must.
