It was a good overnight stay for an early flight

Location is excellent but because of the building work adjacent to the hotel the window in the room was blacked out with plastic sheeting. This made a lot of noise in the wind. No usb charging points in room, would expect this in an airport hotel of ghis standard.

Terrible check in as I was informed the hotel did not had hot water due to boiler fault. Poor breakfast at 9:40 no food been replaced no bread plus only veggie sausages? What is all about? No other option. Poor ladie try her best to keep up with the work load. In addition to all that at 11:30 I had a hotel staff trying to enter my room questioning what time I would check out?? Be mind the hotel check out is noon. I don’t think I have to say no more.

We arrived early after a transatlantic flight we were very tired and had to wait for a room to be available. We were kindly offered breakfast by the lovely receptionist, it was such a kind gesture which we appreciated.
Rooms are clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. It’s great to stay right there in the airport.

I stupidly thought this was the Hilton, needed an overnight before picking up a car hire to travel on . This is functional but very very basic and dated, why oh why have old carpet and curtains in the rooms that just hold smells that cannot be removed as the windows don’t open . It was however spotlessly clean and the staff attentive , but sad and dismal

We have stayed here before and my suggestion is to stay on a high level floor rather than ground (room 1_ _ etc).
The lower floors can be noisy

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located. The included breakfast was fine too.

Good standard airport hotel. Ideal for flights from North Terminal. Room was comfortable and good to see USB C charging sockets. Shower was ok, towels were excellent. Really good breakfast.
Only limiting factor was food choice was poor and standard barely adequate. Worth walking to North Terminal to get something to eat.

The bed was too near the wall making it difficult for my husband to get out comfortably. Also no loo brush.
Food choice at dinner poor and hot breakfast didnt even include bacon.
Expected it to be better than Premier Inn but it wasnt.

A decent hotel to spend the night before your trip. The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The bed was comfortable, the shower ran with lots of hot water. It also has a restaurant to enable us to get an evening meal which we enjoyed. Breakfast is free and starts early enough to be able to sit and enjoy it. We agreed that if we flew from Gatwick North again we would happily book again.

Great connection for the airport. The breakfast is basic but free so you can’t complain! Room is fine. It ticks every box if functionality is your reason to book. Lacks the flair of the other hotels that link to the airport but it is cheaper for a reason.

Would have been helpful to have notification that you can not be dropped at this hotel by car. The signs lead you into the short stay car only with no indication that the only alternative is airport drop off.

We really appreciated the service when we arrived at the hotel. Very helpful and as we were flying very early the next morning they offered us bag to take breakfast with us before our flight. The hotel and room were very clean but the beds were not very comfy and made squeaky noises every time you moved! So, the few hours sleep we managed were very broken.

We stayed for 1 night prior to a very early flight the next day. Breakfast was included in the price but when we went to the breakfast buffet there was no food available. All the food baskets were empty so we couldnt even make ourselves some toast. We had no choice but to buy breakfast in the airport which was nice but very expensive. The hotel bar / resturant was uninviting with a poor menu selection. It felt like sitting in an overpriced cafe rather than a lounge. The only good thing about the hotel was the location and the covered walkway into the airport.

Stay was really good. We checked in very late as flight was late, but this was no issue and reception had it noted. Only criticism us that the choice at breakfast was rather limited - not as good a range as at other hotels.

The room was lovely. Very large and spotlessly clean. The beds were quite firm but very large for singles. The pillows were very soft and went flat the minute your head touched them.
The menu for the evening meal was disappointing so went into the airport to the restaurant there. The breakfast was ok but no bacon on offer.
It’s very convenient for the airport but not sure I would use again.

It was very good apart from not receiving the 03:30 alarm call which we arranged at reception. This could have resulted in a costly missed flight. Luckily, my phone alarm worked!
Also, the breakfast at 04:00 was basic at best.
Loved the convenience of the hotel and all other aspects were good.

Staff were lovely and the hotel is convenient to access. However, the beds are like concrete, and the building has a wood floor structure, which hasbt been screwed down properly, so the creaking sounds are insane. The walls are so thin that anytime anyone moves on the corridor or above you, it will wake you up. Only manage to get 2 hours sleep during the night. Breakfast was very poor too, with low quality ingredients.

Gatwick airport north terminal hotel, perfect location for overnight stay. Rooms have all you need, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again. Bar choice and prices reasonable for airport location and breakfast included.
