There is nothing not to like about this property. Friendly & welcoming owner, delicious breakfast, comfy bed & the room was lovely (ours had a super view of the sea). We would stay here again on any future trip to Eastbourne.

A very comfortable room with sea views.Excellent food at breakfast time with my wife fully suported with Gluten Free items. Would come back for a 2nd time. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Devonia. Our room was very clean, and well appointed. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. Carolyn and her husband were very friendly. We would go back.

The Devonia hotel is a lovely clean hotel , well run by Carolyn Jane and her husband , breakfast was lovely , rooms are well equipped , literally over the road from the beach , quiet area , would probably benefit from using a car if not a great walker as it is a fair distance from the town centre if walking , good bus network though aswell

What a beautiful place to stay. Definitely will be coming back. Fantastic view and scenery. Would highly recommend staying here. Caroline was a great host and so friendly too. Our room was beautiful and both had great night sleep. Thankyou for having us.

What a little gem, the accommodation was perfect on the sea front and a number of rooms with sea views. Carolyn & Terry were wonderful hosts nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was amazing. We stayed 2 extra nights & although we changed rooms to a smaller room at the back it was still comfortable with excellent facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel.Very comfortable very pleasant furnishings and very clean. Breakfast outstanding. Would recommend to anyone going to Eastbourne. We had a sea view room and well situated for pier and into town with restaurants of choice.

A lovely two days stay we went to one of four theatres and nice pubs too.

The B&B is older like many of the houses on the street. The room had an old and musty odour that would not dissipate when the windows were opened. Parking was the large challenge. They have a small parking area that fills quickly. The surrounding streets, although offer free parking, is quite regularly full. Wifi is barely available in public areas and not at all in rooms. Location is great however. Right near the beach and walk-able to the local restaurants and pubs. Host was super friendly.

Great stay here for 3 nights. Very clean, new furniture and carpets - spotless. View was lovely and breakfast excellent with nice thick tasty bacon. Very happy and hope to be back soon. Thanks

Was upgraded to king with balcony. Very comfortable bed. Lovely room with sea view. Tea coffee and biscuits. Cooked breakfast of your choice. Only negative Points I had was the towels very small (not bath sheets or robes ) also could smell stale cigarettes in hall way but not in room. My room was clean and pleasant . Would stay again.
