Booked a non-smoking room, however when we checked in at around 7pm, we got a smoking room which was full of cigarette smell. Called the front desk but unfortunately no non-smoking room left and we were too tired to change to another hotel, so we can only accept the room. The cigarette smell had already soaked into carpet and wall, staying in the room was like breathing in cigarette smoke the whole time. Turning on fan, air-conditioner, and spraying air freshener was unable to remove the smell. Finally spent one night there but unable to sleep well. So I had a bad experience for staying there.

Near hakata station, great location, easy to go to the airport, staffs are nice and helpful, the roomis very small for 2 persons and if your luggage is big.

A convenience store is right next to the hotel, and there are other ones around.The room size is as any usual budget Japanese hotels. We are 2 people comfortable there, however, some people might find it more comfortable with just 1 people per room.We checked out around 5 AM. There were 2-3 taxis waiting outside already.

Very clean and staff was nice. Just very small room for a couple with 2 large luggage. I could not open my large suitcase on the floor. Price was very good. Close to the station.

It close to the main train station and the main bus station as well. The only thing that I didn't like is that the room was too small for 2 persons.

We stopped at Hakata for only 1 night, so it's fine to stay here. However the room is really small if you want to stay for a couple of days.

Convenience, the location is good where the hotel is about 3-4 mins walk from Hakata (JR)station (shopping: 2000/2130 and dining until 2400) . Room is small but acceptable for short stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. If you take airport bus to hotel, after getting off the bus, only few minutes walk and cross the zebra crossing then you can see. Toilet facilities for ladies at the lobby is excellent.

Budget hotel room with poor lighting. The lights in the bathroom are so dim.

It was great. Everything is good but there was very hot water in shower. For making desirable water temperature, there is only option to open cold hot button (tab) same time which is little bit inconvenient. Rest is very good.

They were happy to give their personal recommendations. The room was was small, but that is expected for a Japanese business hotel. It was very clean and had all the possible amenities you could want. Most importantly the bed was comfortable, so I got a good nights sleep. Because of its closeness to everything, it is a very convenient place to stay.
