Rooms were clean and spacious. We went on the last weekend of the season and all services were in place. There is a nice included breakfast in an adjacent building and the hosts built multiple bonfires on the beach, with S'mores supplies.

The cable tv was not working in our room when we arrived at 9:00 pm. When we called the front desk they sent a staff member to resolve the issue. I was surprised they even had staff on hand to help us.

Room had 2 flies in it. Towels were yellowed. Ice was a walk outside to another building. Shower water pressure fluctuated. Did have a gorgeous view and bed was comfortable.

We loved our stay here!! From the cozy room, to the extra bed they had in there for my kiddos to the fantastic view of Mackinaw Bridge and the beach bonfire with smores!! Highly recommend!

Stayed two nights then added a 3rd. Convenient location if traveling in any direction. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Took advantage of the pool and hot tub. Motel is right on the water and they had a bonfire each night.. Since we purchased the lower priced rooms, we were over the kitchen which had some noise in the morning but not intrusive. I'm sure the rooms in the back of the property at lakeshore were just as good or better! Had an updated TV as well.

Room was great, but if I am being nit picky- the paint needed touch up where they filled in holes from a picture, and the screen door had a hole. This did not bother us…we would go back.

Everything was great, except the hair dryer didn’t work and there was no soap at the sink. Windows going up the stairs were very dirty and full of spiders. All easy fixes for management.

Nice room. Be advised there is no elevator so guests on the second floor must carry luggage up stairs.

Staff was never available to answer phone. We booked two King rooms, both were Queen bed rooms. Holes in shower curtain & holes in curtains at the slider. Lightbulb was burned out by bedside. Water pressure was low, water never got hot. Sheets and pillowcases were cheap & bed mattresses were uncomfortable. TV would keep going off periodically. Room was clean and staff was pleasant at check in. Lakeview was nice. But would not stay here again.

We had a nice stay at this cute motel. The view was great and we loved the fire pits and s'mores at night. The hotel was clean. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a night. Positive - the bed was super comfortable.
Negative - the bath towels need to be replaced.
Overall a great stay and I would recommend this property.

Fantastic property. Owners and staff friendly and courteous. Grounds immaculate. Room comfortable, clean and well equipped. Pillows great, bed a bit hard for my liking but clean. Balcony with view was fabulous looking out towards Bridge and Mackinaw Island...beautiful. Plastic adirondeck chairs could be sturdier and were cracking. Beach and nightly camp fires excellent with S'mores provided.
Pool and hot tub was great.
Will definately be back in the future.
