They told me that they don’t have rooms for us , and they were pushing us to pay extra to get better rooms as they said!!!! it toke us 2 hours in the phone to cancel reservation.

The only good thing in this hotel is the location otherwise was so bad services, dirty room, bad customer service (especially with English and communication skills), not comfortable bed, dush hand was broken, you must ask for new towels all the time, they guy who responsible about the cleaning and changing towels, sheets etc has a behaviour like the hotel's owner, he used to open a room close to me and talk in a phone so loudly.

They tried to upsell me my own room, pretending to offer me an upgrade for 10$

Wir waren 6 Nächte im New Fatih Hotel in Istanbul. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral direkt in der Stadt. Das Personal ist Super Freundlich und nach ein paar Tagen war man schon fast Befreundet! Der Aufenthalt war Super!! 👍👍 We were there for 6 nights. Its really close to the city just takes you a few steps. The Staff is really nice and after a few days they were like Friends! Overall it was really nice to Stay in New Fatih Hotel and we will come again! Eveything was Awesome! Abasiz ve Cataklilardan Selamlar! Hersey icin vok Tesekkür ederiz!

Noisy place not clean hairdryer not working left there for decorations

They asked me to pay 100 Turkish just because, also they asked me to wait for 45min just to get my room key. Very poor service

Staff very rude dont keep their promise will try to change your original booking and moving you to 4th floor with no lift or ask you to pay for other lower ground floors. Also people smoking everywhere all over the hotel all the time.

I stayed at the Hotel for 10 nights in total with my mum. We booked the standard double room. The room was on the 1st floor which is why it wasn´t unconventient that we had no elevator. The rooms are small but for someone who stays out all day and just comes in to sleep it´s perfect. The location was really good but also cuz we had stuff to do at fatih. 1 min away there is a bus station taking you to every important region like taksim and emininö for around 0,40 ct per person. Or just take a taxi. I have to point out that it was very clean and the mattress was really really good! The best thing though is the stuff. Even the cleaning lady was sooo nice and respectful. They all were so nice and supportive!! And yes they speak english...that was my biggest fear reading the other comments. Thanks again to you guys! This is my way to thank you :)

Worse hotel ever went , no good reception ,stuff drunk ,mini bar empty ,bad location ,nearest metro station about half hour walking ,no elevator , room service so bad even room itslef not ready for customers so we just check out directly

Every thing was beyond the emagination and unbelievable the palace was not clean they but me a room on Fourth floor no lift .because there was no windows I almost lost my breathing and no one to explain because they can't speak any language other than Turku horrible horrible

It was wonderful . This hotel is on 5 min walk to METRO .Metro timing is from 6 o clock morning to 12 pm.They got many other hotel as well . Although they got many rooms at new fatih hotel but the one granted to me would need a window. I would love see the staff again...

Friendly staff in a nice hotel! Located in a convenient location, you can reach all areas of Istanbul with no problem.

Great place to stay for a few days

The stay was very pleasant, mostly because of the friendly and hard working employees. If there was a problem, they could solve it (all but the slow wifi connection but its not their fault). The 24h reception was pretty usefull especially when you arrive at unusual times as i did. For low money you get much service and comfort. I can highly recommend this hotel :)

The room was clean and fulfiled with facility I need. But upstair is restaurant, so it was a little bit noisy even not so much. And i had to go out for smoking paasing through the reception. Except that, every thing is fine for short stay.

I didnt stay there, on my arrival they told me theres no Water, so Ive changed the hotel: the receptionist told me to go to hotel he called and went to it

A wonderful hotel and a wonderful staff. Everything in the hotel looks new, especially rooms furniture. The Wifi is excellent. The location is excellent too. It is close to Al Fatih Mosque and everything needed is nearby. The front officer Mr. Shukrat was an excellent young man who welcomed us and made us at comfort. I have been to tens of hotels in Turkey. This is one of the best ones I have been to. I recommend it.

My stay at Fatih Hotel was enjoyable and relaxing. Room, although small, had a very comfortable bed, enough storage space, and a very well mainained bathroom. I was actually very impressed by how clean the hotel was. The hotel is well linked with the central area of Istanbul via bus, tram and metro. The spice market, which is pretty much close to everything, can by reached by bus within literally 15min. The staff was super nice and helpful. The only hickup was that the hotel seemed overbooked when I arrived (on Good Friday) and I was placed for the night in one of the basement rooms, which was okay for the night, but I do not recommend renting out these rooms for a longer stay. If you like to sleep at night like I do, you will find the basemsnt too noisy.
