Location is very good , room very very small, bed good , bar good but too expensive , staff friendly,

Central hotel. Very simple but clean and staff very friendly.

Easy walk from the tram station Nice open reception who were very polite I arrived on an extremely hot day and they had a nice touch by giving me a large bottle of water as I checked in The area was nice very close to the opera house very clean and felt safe all round My only negative, which really is being perhaps picky the room whilst clean was surprisingly small and the bathroom very tight/small with just a shower no bath especially as I had upgraded from the basic room to superior Breakfast was good loads on offer a complete buffet for €16.90 Overall, a pleasant stay nice people and I would stay again

The size of the room, the washroom, nearness to everything.

Great location - 50meters from the Opera, therefore in the middle of everything! Renovated hotel, very clean, good size bedroom, grrrreat bed, good bathroom. Friendly with a bit of a hip atmosphere. Very quiet (room faced a courtyard). Breakfast is OK, though at 16.90 Euros, expensive for what it is. Hotel could make simple enhancements: a fridge and coffee machine in the room.

Nice room but it does not have typical items you might expect, e.g. safe in the room, an extra door lock, and phone.

Comfortable stay for 3 nights

Motel one locates at the very convenient location. Lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, very close to many attractions and subway stations. However, front desk staff was not nice. Room does not have coffee maker, nor hot water boiler. When we asked for it, front desk lady yelled at us. We even have to ask for cups for brushing teeth. We will not stay there again, will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

A great central location near the Opera House - an easy walk into the city to see most of the major sights. Its also very convenient for trams and the subway. The accommodation was excellent value for money - clean and very friendly staff. My second visit so it must be good!

Great hotel in a good location. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Close to everything and all major modes of public transportation. Bed was comfy, everything worked and the AC was good!

Great location, helpful staff. Our room was quiet even though it was on the Main Street. The bar area was very comfortable and a great end to the day of sightseeing.

Hotel is located in a very good spot, close to the metro, several museums and surrounded by beautiful architecture. Staff are accommodating and nice. Clean room. Could have more amenities like a safe but overall a good stay.

Hotel One-Wien- Staatsoper is an exceptional hotel. Located walking distance to major attractions, clean, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast. Also, the staff is upbeat and engaging!

Great valud for money

Nice Hotel, perfect location, close to main attractions and most importantly Sbahn Ubahn stations. Room super clean , comfortable beds...quiet.. My room was very small, ideal for a couple with small luggage. No place to store bit suitecases or closet space to unpack... very minimal.. But again..great location, friendly staff, nice 24h bar and in the center close to grocery stores, department stores and so on...

Hotel is excellently located. Walking distance to everything and two minutes to metro station. Good ambiance. Staff was friendly. I would only ask to have TVs where we can change viewing language or at least be able to put subtitles.

Motel One is directly across from the Vienna Opera House, adjacent to the Karlplatz U-bahn station, and walkable to St.Stephens cathedral. It’s just off the Ring Road which makes it easy to get anywhere in Vienna. Great staff. Comfortable, new rooms, new decor, atrium, great breakfast (€15). We will definitely stay here again.

Reception & bar area very good but rooms, although clean and well decorated had paper cups for drinking water plus no coffer/tea facilities which I expect with a hotel of that standard
