Wonderful check in service. Great breakfast offerings with 24/7 coffee and water bar. Staff was patient with all of my questions. Old signage promoting a discount on late check out fees was not honored despite being prominently displayed. Close to the airport.

Great location based on where I needed to be while in town. However upon checkout around 7:45am on 11/7/24 the front desk clerk seemed to have an attitude checking me out just because I asked for a receipt and then was questioning the charges. I gave up when she rudely decided to help others walking by and I walked off. Don’t think I will be staying here again because an accurate receipt is needed for me to expense my stay with my job.

Tbis was the worse hotel ever, i need my money back. The room has roaches, wall geckos, shower that barely work, door handle that was broken. I contacted the room service, they didn’t do anything. I regret staying there with my family. I couldn't get any credit through them since i booked with you guys

The hotel was clean in the common areas outside of my room. The breakfast was fine. However, the room itself was needs some work asthetically. The furniture was old and looked cheap. The mattress was not very comfortable and could've used a matress topper. The little store in the lobby hardly had anything in it.

The room was large enough for my family of six to move around and sleep very comfortably. The rooms were nice and clean and customers service was excellent. The breakfast was really good too. Only down side was the flooring in front of the shower was messed up from water damage. But over all we will be staying at this hotel again and again.

Our stay was wonderful and great. The staff and service was amazing, even with the Microsoft outage during our stay, in which we couldn’t get keycards. They not once expressed, any negative interaction in walking us up to open our room. Your staff was a delight. Would be open to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The room was clean but water coming out of the shower is creating an issue with the floor lamination. The only complain the staff was not friendly enough. Not "Welcome to Hampton Inn" or thank you for staying with us at the end

Wonderful stay! The employees at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The pool was amazing and so clean. Room, especially the bathroom was great as well! So many options to choose from if looking for food. Definitely recommend for a stay.

The hotel is well located with a good selection of restaurants,fuel station and liquor store all within a short walk.room was comfortable and well equipped. Todd on reception was super helpful.

They put me in a different room than originally planned which had a bath shower rather than walk in shower and they after my stay overcharged me.
