Poor customer service

Unclean. Unhygienic. Rubbish bin was not emptied. Beds were uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Supposed to stay 3 nights but couldn’t. So far unsuccessful in getting a refund.

There is no words to describe this it was dirty smelt of mould not tea or milk and only items for one person not two really noise traffic all night. The carpet was damp and when I got into bed there was long black hair on my feet. T V control didn’t work, hot water was not hot just warm, there was only one pillow each and no side tables. The furniture was old and uncomfortable and for short people. After requesting a room change this was denied we left and found a much better place to spend our time on Wellington my advice is Don’t stay here

Close to main roads and ammenities needed

Our room was spacious. All furniture required was there. Cooking equipment and crockery/cutlery adequate. The wall heater and fan heater did not work. Some dishes weren't clean. Dirty around oven top. No dishwasher powder. Alot of traffic noise, but that was to be expected for location. Poor wifi signal.

First arrived to realise you have to walk 100m down the road to get key. Room wasn’t even ready as it still hadn’t been cleaned. Room was absolutely disgusting. Bath tub looks like it had an old shower mat in there previously and had left dirt marks all over the bath tub floor. Absolutely gross will never be staying here again & most definitely would not recommend staying here either.

Old dated and smelly!!!

There were people walking arouns the property drinking. Also check in says 1pm i was there at 1 and didnt get key till 1.45 as the room wasnt ready also a cery large truck was blocking the driveway made it very hard for access when the truck is there. Very poor service wouldnt recommend

I left my jacket in the room by mistake and received it back. Thank you.

We didn’t have lights that worked in the bathroom No one was at the reception The rubbish bins were still full

Absolutely disgusting, I have requested a full refund. Would attach photos if possible, dirt and filth, last straw was the cockroach crawling out from behind the bed past my head. I had to get out and find new accommodation it was so gross.

Did not appreciate having to go to another property for the key. And when there, the bell for service did not work. And then I had to wait for some time for the person I rang to actually arrive.

Conveniently located but noisy until late at night and then early in the morning. Room was average at best. There was no tea, coffee. milk or sugar so had to go to a neighbouring set of motels run by the same outfit to ask. Tea bags and coffee eventually were delivered to the room but still waiting on the milk. To check in you have to go to the other set of motels , the same with handing back the key at the end of the stay. I would not normally stay here by choice.

The motel is old broken down I have stayed in hundreds of motels and without exception this is the worst NEVER AGAIN my booking was accepted on Wotif on the day I was to book I was rung and told the room wasn't actually available but I could stay at another motel were it turned out the reception for both motes was located I was then told I would have the room I had booked this turned out to be nothing like the staged photo badly maintained run down I was glad to check out the next day I couldn't relocate as the city was booked out BE WARNED THIS IS THE PITS

It was old and bloody dirty it needed a good clean up and paint and Lino

Property is in dire need of TLC. Floor felt old and sticky including the carpet. Price was okay but even if its dirt cheap you wouldnt expect the place to be as dirty as it was. Lower your expectations and you might not be disappointed. We didnt feel the room was secure as thr main door felt very light and old; a small push might break it down.

Co joined motels .hand written note in a window to redirect you. Then a phone call with a promise of a few minutes..20 minutes later we were given a key went to the room dirty carpets and old smokey smell with too moch cologne to cover. Got given another room ...new carpet clean and smelled ok .Bed was very comfortable..Bathroom clean and tidy...

A lot of traffic noise. Bed was very soft and a bit saggy. Otherwise ok.

Poor standard of the room . Tv nearly falling off the wall - very hard to use, smells dirty, lack of maintainence and terrible check in process for customers - essentially get your key from another motel down the road

Cheap and nasty

Property was average in quality, but suited our requirements, as it was close to the inter-islander ferry terminal.

The oven is a hazard. Does not work properly, no markings on dials and unbeknown to us the grill came on automatically when we turned the power on at the wall and almost created a fire. The pillows are about 1cm thick. I woke up with a sore neck and a headache. Had to go out and buy a pillow to avoid this the next night. Other than that, the place was clean and tidy and the free offstreet parking was great..

I thought I got value for the money paid.

The unit did not look clean, everything looked run down and out of date, no internet connection or information on how to connect was provided, staff were not very welcoming on arrival

I found the overall state of the unit that I stayed in to be in poor condition and not very clean at all. The ranchslider curtains were not hanging well - possibly due to the hooks being broken or missing, the bed cover had dirty marks on several areas and was not even placed squarely on the bed. The toilet seat was broken resulting in it moving around if I was not careful how I sat. There was a horrible dirty mark on the wall behind the kettle. The benchtop in the kitchenette area looked filthy along on edge. There was a dirty mark, unknown origin, on the handbasin and the bathroom window frame was very grubby.. There were only 2 coffee sachets, no milk supplied, and only sachets of creamer and no teaspoons to stir drinks with. This unit was very overpriced for the poor overall state.

Nice motel for the cheap price. Owners were great when i helpt a elderly lady. Definitely will go back

The property was fine for the price. However, certain areas could do with a spruce up. Bed was comfortable and clean, the only real downside was that the Wi-Fi wouldn't work on our last morning.

old run down place. bathroom terrible. floors needs work. Kitchen did not have any utencils even tho it said kitchen. had to get stuff from other rooms. needs urgent work in this room and better facilities
