The front desk and maintenance staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Denim theme was novel and appropriate for the area. I will return to this hotel and recommend it to others. The rooms could have been improved with a coffee pot and a microwave. The expresso machine was an original idea; however, a coffee pot would have been much better. (Or have coffee in lobby 24/7)

Rooms too dark

I would highly recommend this Hotel. It was decorated so cute and it was so clean. The room was just as the photo on the website. Staff was super nice and the free breakfast in the morning was perfect.

Got there at 4:30 and our room wasn’t ready. Had dinner reservations at 5:30 and barely made it. Went down to breakfast at 9:45 , not much left and then we were locked out of our room. Had to go back down because check out time was 11:00

I thought the cost was a bit pricey for North Carolina. The bathroom had some age to it. The shower door had to be repaired. Somehow when they fixed the restroom or cleaned my room, my perfume bottle got broken and placed back in my toilette bag!

Loved this place its super cozy !

I was eager to visit this hotel after reading the positive reviews, but my experience was quite disappointing. The problems started right at the entrance, where part of the roof was visibly damaged. Inside, the overpowering scent of cheap fragrance was off-putting, and the elevator reeked of urine. The room itself was far from clean, further adding to my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations, and I cannot recommend it.

The denim art and the denim robes were probably the only cool/good thing about this place. Check in was quick and friendly. Room doesn’t feel homey. With the concrete floors it makes it cold and a little icky vibe. Carpeted rooms would be nice. The room had no remotes for our tv, I called the night auditor stated she would check for one but she never followed up so we watched nothing. Our bathroom shower door would not close either. Wasn’t a complete horrible stay but definitely wouldn’t book again.

A little disappointed this time around. Air condition issue throughout the building. Second time seeing a dirty rag left behind upon our room entrance.

such a unique hotel! definitely a much more relaxed & personal vibe than name brand hotels. loved the theme, the staff was so kind, easy to find & free parking. would definitely stay again!

Loud AC!!

The property's denim theme was really cool and carried throughout the hotel and room. Even the "Welcome to Jeansboro" art piece and denim housecoats. The Denim Hotel was a fun, little surprise and nice change from traditional hotel chains.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. Overall, for it being my first time in Greensboro I would still choose this hotel for future visits, I enjoyed everything about it.

Cute small, local hotel. Nice amenities and very friendly staff. Cooked breakfast was very good at a reasonable price. We will be back when visiting our daughter at UNCG.

Overall the room was good and so was the stay. My biggest complaint was the doors from the rooms around me shutting extremely loud.

Love the environment. However having a room on the backside isnt my favorite. Old parking lot turned dump site. Not a good view at all.

I really appreciate the service. When we checked in, my AC unit was leaking water and the gentleman at the front desk promptly assisted me with a new room. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The same gentleman provided excellent service at the bar. Will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel and employees were wonderful!

This is a very cute boutique style hotel, however, there were a few things that affected our opinion on our stay. First, we arrived for check in at 3, and were told housekeeping hadn’t gotten to our room, and they would need 30 minutes. Meanwhile other people were arriving for check in and all getting straight to their rooms. Then the room, the decor was adorable, very trendy, but the lighting was so bad in the room. The walls are also paper thin, you could hear everyone’s feet, music, even normal level speaking. We left for an event in the evening and when we returned, there was no parking left in the lot. We were informed there was a back lot, but that they didn’t recommend we park there because it was extremely dark and overgrown (which it was) and overall unsafe, however the front desk employee was super nice and told us we could park in front of the building. Lastly- the water pressure- in the sink and shower were so so so low. Positives were that the hotel was clean, I commented many times on how great it smelled, employees were very nice- checking out was a breeze. I don’t know that I personally would stay here again, but I would recommend it to others, as long as I mentioned the few things noted above.

There was this room close to ours & they were really loud! It was pretty late I just didn’t want to call front desk so late other than that everything was great! Staff and service, excellent and room was clean. Thank you
