Hotel Fiesta was great. The cute receptionist with the curly hair was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to know where the best sushi in town was and she pointed me in the right direction. She didn't disappoint because the sushi was great! The hotel is close to the bay where the shops, restaurants and water taxis are located which made our stay very convenient. The pool was a highlight for my daughter as well. Steps away from the lagoon and close to the check in for Tortuga Bay if you choose to walk there. I didn't get to do everything I wanted to in the Galapagos but I can say I would definitely stay here again and I hope to be back soon.

Beautiful property in the northern part of town. Even with luggage we walked from the ferry terminal and it took us ~10 minutes. Check-in was easy. Staff was super friendly, specially the girls at the front desk and the bar next to the pool. Speaking of the pool, our kids really enjoyed its layout with the ankle-level platform and a deep end. The jacuzzi felt great since the pool’s water was on the colder side. The rooms were ver comfortable. Ours had two single and one queen bed. Perfect for a family of four. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Fruit, toast and eggs. Shopping and eating options are all within walking distance and even a couple of restaurants next door in case you don’t want to come back to the hotel too late, though the town felt perfectly safe. Two jewels of the island: In the east side of town is one of our favorite restaurants in all Ecuador (Almar). Definitely worth the longer walk. And just a couple of blocks north of this hotel (pretty much the edge of town) is the Tortuga Bay National Park. Another long walk worth your while. One of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Wide and long with soft bright white sand flanking clear blue waters. At the very end (more beautiful walking) is a little cove where we swam with marine iguanas, seals, pelicans, colorful fish… amazing experience. I recommend Hotel Fiesta 100%

Amazing pool and hot tub, friendly staff, clean rooms, filling breakfast included. Quiet location away from the noise but only 2 blocks away from the Main Street, very easy to get around. Great bar next door and close to Tortuga Bay trailhead. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay started off a little rough when the pre arranged taxi at the jetty didn’t show up. We caught another taxi no problem. Loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were fairly basic but very comfortable and clean. The pool and pool area is amazing! Lots of beautiful places to hang out. The location is fabulous and walkable to everything in town. Highly recommended.

The pool was so inviting my wife jumped in with her clothes on. Not recommended. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Breakfast was great. Hotel is near pier close to lots of activity but still far enough away to be quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Vanne was very helpful and attentive. She was available through Whatsapp for any questions I have about my trip, how to to arrive in Santa Cruz and offered a personal taxi for my arrival. It was $25 but that's the cost for any taxi but it's best to have one waiting for you. They cleaned and organized the room every night I was there and refilled my water jug. Which is great as it is very hot in Galapagos. The AC works great and they offer free breakfast until 9 am. (Eggs any style, yogurt, granola, fruit, toast, coffee, juice). The pools were well maintained and the hotel is only 8 mins walking to the port.

This hotel was awesome!. Service was top-notch and very informative and friendly. Rooms were a good size and amenities for the locale. The rooms could use a little update on the floors. It was very quiet and the pool & jacuzzi's were fantastic!! We would definitely stay there again!!

Gorgeous! We stayed here for only one night at the end of our trip; the pool is really luxurious and there are also several soaking hot tubs. It's a short walk from the main 'downtown' street and restaurants, and just a few blocks away there are some 'off the beaten path' restaurants. The staff is very friendly and welcoming; we left too early to enjoy breakfast but they packed breakfast for us to-go. Wish we could have stayed another day or two to enjoy the pool and peacefulness of this place.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The rooms aren't fancy, but they're clean and comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The pool and hot tub area is great. Breakfast was great. You can easily walk to dining and shopping, as well as the entrance for Tortuga Bay.

Unfortunately, we were notified the pool was out of service 2days prior to arrival. No big deal. Problem was- major excavation (jackhammers) 9:30am til 6pm. Not the ambiance we expected. Headaches,….

Very clean, comfortable hotel with a gorgeous pool and hot tub area. Friendly staff at the front desk also serve you at the bar. A fixed menu breakfast is included which includes fruits, breads/pastries and eggs - it is simple and basically the same each day with only a slight variation over the four mornings we ate there. The breakfast is exactly what you need to start your day but it may be tricky if you have dietary restrictions. For us it was perfect and very filling! The location is great for wandering into town or heading out on a tour, and the whole area feels very safe. Our room was amazing, free filtered water, fridge, safe, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Fiesta is in a convenient location, close to the street where there are multiple dining & shopping options.
We stayed in room across the garden. Room itself was a little old and may soon need some renovation. It was also smelling a little damp.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast was good - had vegetarian options. And, packed breakfast was available on days that we had an early start.

This is a fantastic property, especially for families. When travelling with kids it’s great to have a pool and this one did not disappoint. Our multi bed room also worked out well with a separate nook with two beds for the kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The property was also very quiet yet close by to everything. Only a few blocks to the pier and shops. I highly recommend.
