The breakfast its cold.

I tried to update my stay but Expedia said the manager never got back to them about my inquiry and I personally did not appreciate the lack of effort they had to try and solve my request. It was an average hotel stay I believe other places for the price I paid for two weeks would’ve been nicer.

I would like to highlight the courtesy and professionalism of the receptionists Miss Jamaica and Miss Dushami.

The TRYP by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center is a beautiful hotel, very functional, equipped with every comfort and perfectly managed by highly qualified staff. It is located in a strategic area near the Corniche with a wide choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very large (I was awarded the free upgrade), well furnished and perfectly functional with a very comfortable bed and an excellent Wi-Fi signal. The rooftop swimming pool with heated water and breathtaking views of the city was also wonderful.

OK, maybe this is not a luxurious stay - with slightly smelly and outdated interior, noisy bars/clubs on lower and top floors and very poor breakfast. This all is somehow compensated with low price and rather convenient location.

Excellent location and great view

Wonderful stay. Amazing staff, friendly and courteous. Especially Dilshan, Arsalan, Hope and Jenny. Also Amir. Parking costs AED 30 per day and it is valet parking. The hotel gets busy during weekend nights as there is clubbing and partying at the hotel and other unwanted activities happening in the surrounding areas. Maybe not the best place for families if you know what I mean.

Absolutely amazing. I would stay there every time I visit Abu Dhabi. Value for money

Dont stay!!! Hotel has a bar that blares music until about 4am! Impossible to sleep! I was on 9th floor and it was like being in a club! RUN ELSEWHERE!!!!

This property was ok. When I booked I didn’t see anything about it having a night club so on a Wednesday night we had to hear loud bass in our room. If you’re not the partying type and you’re coming over relaxation then book somewhere else. On a good note the staff here is really nice and professional.

I paid for the parking but normally in any other hotels is free

Room is comfy, staff was friendly. Location is pretty good. It is not very clear where the valet is standing, I had to call 3 times for them to send me the valet and since there is no place to wait in front of the hotel I had to go twice around the block as there were cars behind me. Check in and check out were smooth.

Just a stop over and they were great. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a good stay here.

We were assigned a connecting room with total strangers. They were loud and had an alarm go off at 3:50 AM and they let it go for 20 minutes. The windows are thin so the music from the bar and from the street don't allow you to actually rest. I would not stay there again for that reason.

Nice place good facilities, close to everything beach, bar, restaurant, roof top bar. Just a negative thing the swimming pool time closing is too early 6pm for Abu Dhabi

Great hotel, conveniently located in downtown Abu Dhabi, easy walk to Corniche and quick ride to attractions. Decent breakfast.

Really rundown hotel. Carpets in the room are filthy and stained. Rooms stink of smoke. There is a nightclub in the hotel so can’t even sleep. I asked for more coffee to be sent up to the room three times before I got it. Staff are polite

ABOUT THE HOTEL EVERTTING IS VERY GOOD BUT I RECOMMEND TO OTHER PEOPLE DONT BOOK FROM HOTELS.COM

I used to go to this hotel but I will not go again. They had a place where you could have a drink at the Rockpool and it was good to relax. But now when you go there they ask 600 UAD for you to have a table and enter. Many customers are dissatisfied and give up returning to go elsewhere. The bar inside is emptier than before and customers are forced to only go outside around the pool to pay only for their drinks even if it is raining (and it was raining that day). After we tried the Thirsty Dragon on the second floor and there it is worse you have to pay 200 UAD to enter to consume but once inside you have to sit down and a table and they ask you another 150 UAD!!! without clear explanations. I don't know if they have changed manager, but this is no longer a place to go. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. But now he charges 30 UAD for parking and on the site it's free!

It was great stay and the staff was cooperative with me especially Jenny and Amir, I had a small issue and was solved thanks to hotel, the only thing is negative that they have weak wifi Will come back again 😊

Nice hotel. Nice room. The swimming pool is very small but it is ok . I had to be woke up very early in the morning to go to the airport. Nobody called me...
