Great childrens park, very pleasant staff and lovely holiday venue.

It was fine except no microwave in our unit.

It suited our needs at that particular moment. I liked the walking proximity to the town centre.

The staff was helpful and diligent about contacting my friend and I when we were running late to checkin. I appreciated that they reached out in multiple ways and were so kind in guiding us through the checkin process.

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location - close to the Main Street and restaurants. Great value for money.

It was ok but there was an odor in the room especially at night, the bathroom was constantly wet and the towels could not dry.

Very good location. Excellent facilities for kitchen and lounge etc. caters for all ages. Comfortable bed in the dorm.

Well set out holiday park! Comfortable beds but time they undated the bathrooms in the cabins!

Worst customer service ever. Due to the interisland ferry my clients were unable to be there for their booking. When I enquired about cancelling, due to circumstances outside my control, I was told I had to do it through Hotels.com. When I call Hotels.com I was told that the manager at Te Anau denied the refund. This is unacceptable when it was outside my control. My company is now out of pocket for 3 rooms which, I'm sure could have been rebooked quickly on a long weekend. (and very well may have been when we didn't show up) I have used TOP 10 before, however will think twice before booking here again, for our clients.

Well maintained holiday park. The facilities are good and the overall feel of the place was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly too.

Very friendly staff, enjoy our stay. visiting Milford Sound and the glowworm cave. Location is a nice walk to the centre of town.

It was great, no surprises. I would stay here again next time.

expected double bed and two single bunks. We had double bed under single bunk with two single bunks. Very overcrowded. We expected room to be serviced. It was not. We expected private patio. There was none.. we paid for two nights but only stayed one.

Stayed for 1 night in a cabin after the Milford track. Convinient to DOC visitor centre and a subway store. Communal kitchen was quite busy at pick hours. Room was clean and tidy.

Stayed for 2 nights in a cabin room. Convinient location - close to petrol station and subway branch. Short 10 minutes walk to Te Anau center. Kitchen is communal, might get busy in pick hours since there are only 3 sinks. Didn't bother us since we eat late. WiFi was not so strong, but this is common in the area

A mixed site with motel, we were in, plus pitches and hook ups. Very busy but very quiet with clear rules for everyone. Well organised. Well used which meant the rooms could do with a make over/refresh. Close to town and eateries etc. Lake 5 minutes away, plenty to do and see. A really good centre for a holiday. Set off late morning for Milford Sound and avoid all the coach parties by going straight there then do stop offs on the way back. We enjoyed it!

nothing outstanding - either good or bad, good room, condition, cleanliness and amenities so so, staff nice and helpful, location good but not great, and you cannot do worse than good in a place like Te Anau, but the lack of wifi in the room and the fact that even in the common areas it was spotty and slow certainly takes one star off

Cook to Te Anau to make sure I get there before the reception closes since it wasn't clear whether there would be an alternative way to get the room keys once I would arrive there. Of course, I could have left Mt. Cook earlier, but then instead of spending the time there, I would have spent it in the hostel room in Te Anau. I think it's fine if a reception is not open 24 hours, but in that case there should be an alternative way of getting in after hours and that should be clearly stated. Other than that, the staff was also very nice, both the Argentinian girl I met in the evening and the gentlemen I met in the morning at check out.

Nice warm atmosphere. Staff were very helpful for booking tours and met a lot of nice people in the room. Facilities were simple but that was all I needed.
