Average room but fit for purpose and tight budget. Shower module was a bit worn but otherwise compact room was clean, A/C worked and was quiet. No complaints overall.

It was a good cheap option. Only downside was that the rooms were very noisy during the night from other guests and doors slamming.

It was perfect for what i needed, a nice clean bed to sleep in, room to relax, tv and clean shower/ toilet facilities. The people leaving bad reviews must've missed the word "budget". You get what you pay for here, in a good way.

A quick stay over for my early morning visit to my Neurologist in Camperdown. Easy to find and the room was adequate for our stay. BUT the lovely Maccas bin run was very noisy and they didn't care that people were trying to sleep. This was our only commplaint.

Safe, clean room.

Window was not operable & no flyscreen. Step up to toilet & shower recess is very high and dangerous. Bed access very tight on L.H. side of bed. Stain on one pillow.

Not a great place to stay. Rooms are very tiny, which is fine, however the bathroom is so small you can barely move. The place is in desperate need of a good deep clean and paint, as well removal of the mould and rust in the bathroom. Staff Seemed rude and unprofessional. There was no request for ID to check in, which means anyone could have checked in on my reservation. We also found the staff to be agitated at checking if our room was ready yes we were slightly early, however there was as not attempt made to even check if a room was available. Just a rude come back in 20min. The rooms are also very noisy and the AC units old and loud. You get what you pay for here, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to stay here, even at the $100 price tag.

No heater, tv is not working properly.

Good hot showeŕ. Comfortable bed. Polite and helpful front desk. Easy walk to St Peters station.

Shared eating area didn’t open until 7:30am which is late if you want an early start. Nice range of cereals, fruit & bread. Kettle was missing from my room but was rectified quickly by host. Quilt on bed was quite stained though the sheets were clean & the bed was comfortable. TV was excellent with good reception unlike so many rooms I have stayed in. Handy location with KFC & Maccas adjacent.

Never stay again. No hairdryer, no tissue, no power outlet near bed, no shampoo etc… How can you charge that price? 1/2 of room charge is still expensive DO NOT STAY

The hotel was alright for a budget hotel. The room was tired, the walls are very thin and one of our walls had obvious signs of decay.

Close to all amenities,small rooms but has everything needed for an overnight stay only issue was check in staff wouldnt budge on check in before 2 pm after a 9 hour flight this has happened twice now,bit disappointed in that but overall good value for money

Not very clean, uncomfy bed, blind was broken so we couldn’t close it

On arrival at 12:40. It was suppose to be closed 10am to 12 noon, it was closed. We were informed by a gentleman who was waiting that it wouldn't be open until 2pm. When it opened the person behind the counter was more interested in filling in his rego tranfer not the guests that were waiting. Once we recieved our key we walked to our room and the corridors were filthy. When we got in our room it only had 1 coffee mug and 2 very thin and I mean 2 very thin pillows and the fridge did not work. I know it is a budget accommodation but they really need to get their act together

On check in the guy at the desk told us wed need to pay for parking along the front of the hotel as the other spots belonged to KFC and McDonalds, and we would be towed if we parked in them. So we forked out an additional $10, only to find the parking lot full on return - including the KFC and McDs spots. When I asked for a refund a different guy at the counter refused to refund us and told us we are allowed to park anywhere and we misunderstood the guy who checked us in. We feel we got conned - not a lot of money, but Ill be telling all my friends to give the place a wide berth. Its also really noisy, cramped, uncomfortable, and a bit grotty. Ill sleep in my car next time if I have to.

My fiance stayed overnight. You definitely get what you paid for, but it goes just a bit past that. Showerhead was leaking, as was the window. Heater was broken. Next to nowhere to charge his phone(he had to unplug the fridge). Clean bed, though as he walked in to check in another guest came down complaining about hair and stains in their bed. KFC and McDonald's were right next door. No Internet. Probably won't stay here in the future, unless it's an emergency.
