It’s a nice place closed to everything,

Sadly, there was no hot water in the shower!

Sad that you can hear the noises in the hallway. Other guests passing by and even staff upshing their trolleys. Sound proofing not so good. Other than that, stay was perfect.

The room door is tight and hard to close. Asked for assistance to fix the door but it was not addressed.

Its affordable but lack of emmenities.

The big plus of this property is within walking distance to big shopping centers. Some mini marts & fastfood restos within the vicinity are open 24 hrs.

Directly across from Ortegas mall. Lots of stores and shops. Best place for the prices. Housekeeping is very quick and reliable for clean towels and toilet paper.

Paid for 2 twin beds room with big window, I got a king size bed room with a small window. Click bait victim here.

Very close to Robinson’s mall. Accessible and convenient location. The air conditioning is excellent. The rain shower was too close to the door behind the toilet that it floods the toilet area, but lots of room inside the shower area. Wasted space and wrong spot for the rain shower.

Very friendly staff

We checked in late and the room was not ready at around 10pm! We waited for almost half an hour!

Stayed there for 10 days for the quarantine requirement..Staff are courteous and kind. Food is being delivered to your room and its horrible taste / quality food. Theres no microwave / refrigerator in the room .Phone in the room works only within the hotel. Good thing I brought a unlock phone and asked them to buy me a sim card . Also there wifi has a good signal! Room is clean however its outdated and some furniture are broken. They have an “ errand “ time where you can ask them to buy stuff from 7-11 only. They don't allow delivery food at all. Theres also a camera in the hallway because you are not allowed to get out of the room at all! They give you your sheets / towel replacement if requested.There always a coast guard on duty to monitor the occupants.

Hotel was accessible to everything you need , affordable , clean , helpful and friendly staff.
