Very nice and spacious hotel

It was really good to visit Disneyland! They have free shuttle bus. Room was very clean and bit wide as well.

An easy walk to the train (direct walkway above the road) and a shopping complex with a variety of restaurants & take away. Breakfast was amazing and provided a great mix of healthy vegies and fruit with some not so healthy (but yummy) breakfast treats. Train makes it easy to travel into Tokyo and there's a free shuttle to Disney.

Service excellent however the bar dining is not accessible to children

Connected to the train station. Once inside the hotel, very quiet and you will be greeted by very supportive staff in the lobby. Rooms are larger than other hotels and very clean with nice amenities. Choice of really nice restaurants in the hotel and many other restaurants within a walking distance. 3 departments just across the street which you can directly access on connecting walk way from the hotel.

Conveniece.

This property is located in a perfect area, very close to transportation, restaurants and shops. The shuttle to Disney was so convenient and free. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean. Overall a very nice hotel with nice amenities. The only problem we had were the beds. They were extremely hard and uncomfortable. After a full day out walking and exploring, the last thing we want is to come to a rock hard bed. My husband and I woke up extremely tired from the sleepless nights we had there. Thank god for ibuprofen because my back was killing me the next morning. I probably won’t stay there again just because of the beds but if you like very hard beds, highly recommended this hotel.

Hotel was a few min walk from train station. Had free shuttle to the Disney parks. And hotel staff was nothing short of AMAZING! We sent our luggage from the airport to the hotel and our luggages got lost but the staff worked hard to find our luggage and get it to us! Breakfast buffet was also delicious and convenient. Hotel room was spacious and clean and provided amenities you need!

My family of 4 absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights here in March 2024. The room is very spacious and clean overall. The view over the Tokyo Bay area was a plus. The hotel is conveniently located 4min walk across from the Shin Urayasu train station, 2min from Lawson's and 8min across from the Aeon mall, all of which can be access through an undercover passageway. It also provides shuttles to the Disney parks. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this hotel as this is my 3rd stay there to date. The rooms are beautiful and huge. The place is very clean and the toilets are huge. Offering both a full sized long bath with shower stall View from the huge windows are a plus for me Beds are comfortable and there is a huge seating area included. Towels change and housekeeping on a daily basis The prices is great The plus for me would be that the airport limousine drops right in front of hotel It is also quieter and is a bonus for me after a whole day of crowded touring. Very close to Tokyo station by JR line. Lawson is just by the hotel in the hotel next door(Oriental hotel Tokyo Bay) The hotel also offers free shuttle services to n from Disney resorts. Shin-Urayasu station is on the same level as hotel via a small overhead bridge. No need for hauling luggages up or down steps. Very convenient for elderly and wheelchair bound visitors too. On one side it leads to the hotel, on the other, it is linked to 2 malls, offering lots of food options and even a food court. Starbucks, Muji, Seria, Daiso and Gu are also found there Staff are not very conversant in English but Google translate and their translate app helps a lot They are all very friendly and uphold the quality of Japanese hospitality and professionalism Paid breakfast is really nice, comprising of both Western and Japanese options, good spread for a hotel in Tokyo. The ballrooms were used this round i visited as the cafe was under renovation.

Accessible location and good service

Note : Today 17th Jan 2024. When we checked out at 6.15am, we requested for a piece of bread and a cup of coffee before going to the airport knowing that the cafe is already open (lights on with staff inside). The answer is "NO". I saw the staff inside the cafe preparing for 7am opening time. This is one thing that I don't understand in Japanese culture... You can't ask for anything extra. No such thing as going the extra mile in service. Quite disappointed. So I changed my rating from 5 down to 3. It makes me think that they are just like robots being programmed. A nice hotel located near Tokyo Disneyland. Clean and cozy. Train station (Too many lines. Very complicated ) right opposite the hotel. The view is magnificent! You can see the beautiful sunset, Disney fireworks and Mount Fuji (If the weather is good).

Like the shuttle bus service to Disney and easy to walk from the train station. I wish this hotel provide body lotion in the room

The room is nice and clean, and got shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea. Walking distance to Lawson and other groceries stores

Great hotel. Excellent location. Room was in excellent condition. We had a Danran room which was unusual but still comfortable.

The room was clean and consider big for japan standard. The location is also very good, 3mins to Atre mall and Shin-Urayasu Station. 7mins walk to Aeon Mall. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland. My kids enjoyed staying here and they love it. Has foot massager in the room and free to use it ( it’s good after long walk :) definitely will stay here again.

Good value for money. But had to request for room-cleaning on daily basis. Free bus shuttle rides to Disney Resort was a great plus. Did not hv to take any paid public transport throughout myv3-day stay.

Clean and big rooms. Breakfast was nice and view was good. Very near to nearby malls, walk for around for 5 mins. Would stay again.

The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious for a refreshing stay at the hotel. The service at the Hotel is 10/10. They help with storing luggage before and after check in & check out and make it a breeze to stay. The location is very peaceful and convenient for getting to other places.

Great Hotel, right next to the train station. Rooms are a great size. Great views of the bay. The buffet breakfast is amazing, huge variety of amazing food. Staff are friendly. Hotel is very kid friendly. We had a great stay here with our 2 kids while visiting Disneyland. Very convenient having the free shuttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. Also very easy to catch the airport shuttle to Haneda airport less than a 5min walk to the bus stop.

We had a great experience here. The hotel is connected to the train station and lots of convenient stores. The rooms were large and the staff were accommodating. We would stay here again even if we were not going to Disney as the location was unbeatable.

Right off from station. Only one station away from Tokyo Disney resort. They also provide shuttle service to Disney. Breakfast buffet was also good. It is cheaper add breakfast when you book the room.
