This was a very nice hotel. Older rustic style facility but well cared for. Their food was excellent. Every meal I ate there was perfect. The staff is A It’s located right in the middle of a bustling community with a huge night market right across the street. Plenty of sightseeing nearby too

All staff are nice and friendly. Room is clean and large. I’d love to stay here again.

Hotel is a little tired but is in a great location near to night markets. We had a balcony overlooking main street where lots of people are about and surprisingly once in our room there wasn't much noise. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

Overlooks the night market, but that ends at 21:00. Tallest building in town with a rooftop bar. Cafe bakery downstairs is excellent. There is an ATM on sight, a beer wholesaler and a booking shop next door. Generally a good experience. The appearance is a little faded but it is still good. Food was very good. TV’s had smart boxes so you can watch YouTube, Netflicks etc. My only real niggle is the lack of hot water. To be fair it is roasting hot and warm water is fine but don’t expect a pipping hot shower. As a bonus all the transfer buses kick you outside. It is the wrong end of town for riverside, but then again no one bothers to try and sell you a sunset cruise. Not cheap, but LP is not cheap!

Location and staff are great but rooms pictures are really different compare to reality, rooms are smaller and there is no elevator. No laundry services.

人気のインディゴハウスにキャンセルが１部屋だけ出たので、一人旅には予算オーバーながら予約。ホテル自体はとてもおしゃれでかわいく、スタッフもフレンドリー。朝食も最高！ただ、眺望は期待していなかったけれど、窓の目の前が隣の家！レースカーテンがあるわけでもないので、一切窓開けられず滞在中ずっと真っ暗。部屋の方角によりますが、それだけが残念でした。バルコニー付き、通り側、となっていないお部屋はこの可能性があります。あとはトイレが下水のにおいがけっこうしました。すぐ隣にツアーデスクがあるので、自転車を借りたり滝への往復を頼めました。

A room on the 3rd floor without lift. The wifi is so slow that you can’t even use standard applications like Messenger. The hot water in the shower is « alternating ». For the breakfast be prepared to wait 30 minutes. We booked 4 nights but moved to another hotel after 2.

We really liked staying here! The location was great and even though you are right next to the day market and right in the middle of the night market it was still quiet enough to get a good sleep. The breakfast and food at the restaurant was good and the bakery sold some of the best bread! The staff was very helpful and friendly! We definitely recommend staying here!

The staff were so helpful and friendly, plus the location was great. The hotel was definitely a little noisy. Noise carries up through the hallways easily, but to me, this was worth it for the great service, central location and awesome breakfasts.

I can not say enough about Indigo House! Our stay was perfect. The hotel is located at the end of the night market and close to many cafes and restaurants. The cafe on the ground floor was great and all their baked goods were tasty. The staff were very helpful and kind. I hope I can come back here again.

Noise from outside the room is always when people walk up and down the stair. Room can not keep noise and It is noisy place all day upto mid night.

It was on top of a cafe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dao went out of his way to answer and assist with everything I could think of and more. Cafe does get a bit nosy in the morning but mostly because I was on the floor right above.

The complimentary breakfast had many delicious options, and there was fresh fruit in the room every day. The location at the start of the night market makes it a little noisy (only until 10pm) but also makes for great people watching from the balcony or rooftop bar.

Absolute best location in Luang Prabong: Early morning Alms for Monks - across the street; night market in front of hotel; day market – beside hotel; Royal Museum – just down the street.Staff (Dao and all) the best for service!Great room.

Super convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice view of the night market from the roof top bar is a plus. Excellent breakfast and the bakery was top notch!

Room was a good size. Good breakfast. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Good location especially for the large night market. Nice rooftop bar. A bit noisy.

The hotel is one if the tallest in Luang Prabang. It unfortunately does not have a lift and would not be suitable for the elderly especially if you were on the top floor. Nice bar area on rooftop terrace with great views of night market. Ori bakery on ground floor nice cakes and coffee with light meals. Rooms are large and roomy. My shower recess was a bit tired looking though

We had a very large room on to second floor. It had a separate shower and toilet. It faced towards the river and overlooked the food market. I loved leaving the window open and waking to sound of the cockerels and the smell of wood smoke from the food market. You were offered a choice of options for breakfast. It would have been nice for have at least unlimited fruit juice.The hotel has many stairs and is not ideal for people with mobility issues.There is very little negative to mention, but the socket for the bedside light was hanging completely away from the wall.

Wonderful, cute hotel right in the heart of Luang Prabang. We had a balcony that overlooked the night market which was lovely and relaxing. The hotel has great food, offers an interesting cooking course and the staff are very helpful. The only slight downside was that we had a room directly below the rooftop bar and anytime someone moved a chair there was very loud scraping across the floor which was a little disrupting when we were trying to get to sleep in the evening and have a lie in in the morning. Overall though, a wonderful hotel.
