I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was nice, spacious, clean and Bathroom had a nice bathtub to relax after a busy day. Breakfast was really good! he location is very good, just a short walk from the busy part of the city

Nice hotel very close to old town .when we arrived were shown a room with swimming pool view. We were very disappointed as the room was dark and to see the swimming pull you had to hang your head out of the window . We explained to the staff our dissatisfaction and they immediately changed our room for a river view which was amazing . The staff were lovely Breakfast was great would definitely recommend but not swimming pool view

The hotel is just near the river and night market. Very convenient! And the staffs with great smile and nice!

Good location, close to Old town, yet quiet. Clean and modern. Reception staff are helpful. Some stuff at buffet breakfast should be covered to protect from fly. Room cleaners sometimes forget to replaced stuff such as tea bags, shower cap, etc.

Close to the market, but the price is medium, so the room is small and the furniture is old. When the tenant was not in the room, the store was just inside. There are big problems with privacy and security.

Amazing! Really friendly staff, clean and spacious, rooms in great condition. Friendly atmosphere and located right in the old town so just a strole along the canal and your in amongst it all!

Too many great things to say about this hotel! They spoke pretty good English. Clean and the staff is super accommodating. Walking distance to night market and all shopping. The staff made the stay extra special and went above and beyond. Than and Thi are the front desk ladies and are top notch!!

Proximity to the old town is a plus but it's not too close that you get swarmed by the bus loads of tourists that come everyday. Staff are all very friendly and very prompt with resolving issues. Aircon wasn't working properly but staff gave us another keycard to cool the room when we are not in it. Very much needed in for August weather. I had an issue with the shower head and the hotel engineers resolved the issue very quickly. Room is very nice but if you do have mobility issues the bathtub is not ideal for showering as it is quite a climb to get in. Not enough hooks or towel rods to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. Toilet separated by a glass door is a plus.
