The beds r literally rt next to each other no space to breathe at all. Staff gave a hard time 😑😑😑. I called 100 times they didn’t answer. I messaged on what’s app they didn’t answer. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s rt in front of the womens gate and that’s it. The sinks were broken. The bathroom door was touching the sink. It was beyond my expectations. Wont be coming back for sure 😑😑😑

Stay was amazing, location is excellent, breakfast was great.Rooms are wee bit small. Also wish the removed the shutters from the window, to see the mosque clearly.

Location excellent specially for families as it is steps a way from women’s section.Room is clean and well furnished. Staff are good.Breakfast is poor but acceptable and they close exactly At 10 am.It is recommended.

The location was superb. The room a little bit small. Breakfast was great but for staying 9 nights there we are always keep switching the floor to have breakfast. It's so confusing.

Too small. It’s a very smll room and barely two person can move and two bed place. So small we had no where to put our luggage. Windows view no point of taking as the windows is pretty much covered. Employees were rude the Arabic once.

Near gate 25/26 of Prophet Mosque which is the ladies gate, so very convenient families. Rooms are small but then this hotel is usually booked by those who are visiting the mosque, so don’t think that this will bother many. Hotel room was clean and probably newly refurbished. Lots of shops around for shopping and eating. Good value for money!

The only good thing about this hotel is its closeness to the prophet mosque. It is otherwise very disappointing, the room is very small, the bathroom is very small, you can't make wodoe in the sink in the bathroom, the water runs out of the shower area when you shower making the floor very watery, the service is very poor, no towels, no cleaning of the room with out begging, the beds are very uncomfortable, the breakfast is not good. The hotel is very expensive given the poor conditions. I don't recommend it at all. No money value at all

I like the property because I have stayed there during my last 3 visits. I had one issue this time, wash basins are not suitable at all for making wudo (abolution).

The location of the hotel was brilliant, but it is an old hotel, rooms are small and clean and the beds and bedding was just average.

Nice hotel close to prophet mosque but small lift. One time I waited 10 to catch the lift it was crowded

It was very bad. the Check-in staff is very bad and not respectful. The check-in process toke more than an hour. The duty manager did not make any action for the complain about the staff. the room is not clean and not as shown in the pictures.

The room is very small and there is no much space to move. The only good thing about it is price and location. It is very close to Haram.

Hotel location was perfect however after entering you find the hotel is dirty and lifts are a nightmare at peak times. Rooms are very small, bathroom is cramp and the staff are rude, inflexible and unwilling to help. Certainly not what I expected when booking. Think again when booking.
