The staff really make this resort the great place that it is. They are friendly, attentive and work hard to make sure guests have a wonderful time. The complex is well maintained, especially the grounds and public area. Our room had plenty of storage and a big comfortable bed. It does feel like the furnishings are getting a bit tired and could use a refresh.
We’re usually not fans of buffet’s but we’re impressed with this one as the variety was good and the food was quite hot. Plus, there was a pasta station which we enjoyed. We also had an amazing experience at the Teppanyaki restaurant.
The tennis court was an odd material and the tennis racquets we borrowed from the front desk were in poor shape so we only played once. Lastly, the resort needs to work on eliminating the use of some many plastic bottles by offering water filling stations instead.
All in all we were impressed with the resort.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only wished taxi was a bit cheaper. It can cost around 28 pounds for a round trip to the market

I'm not a big fan of resorts but this place could change my mind. It was really clean and lovely. Very, very nice staff, they bent over backwards for you. Large, clean room with a lovely view. Food was pretty good. I recommend it.

I had to confirm my stay with them as I was on the air. There was a difficulty and confusion which just made the stay more aggravating. Got to the hotel and it was a process. I was being passed by and ignored.After getting my turn, I was given a bracelet, my key and to follow the staff. No introduction, no explanation or any kind of interaction in regards to my stay. It was not till much later that I was told that I needed to make reservation for the restaurants in the resort. What’s more confusing is that as I walk through the resort and the restaurants, the main dining all inclusive restaurant was busy but the remainder was not even filled. I asked if I would be able to get a seat but they said that I need to make a reservation a day in advance or more.
These are the kinds of information I would expect if I’m staying in a resort. This is not my first time. I expect to be greeted, introduced to the all inclusive amenities and everything else. What’s kore disturbing is that there’s a customer service manager in the front desk who was just sitting down and not interacting with the guest or at least be helpful. Since I was not informed about the other restaurants, I was under the impression that I needed to go out of the resort to get food. Nothing was said when I arrive so I was fuming by the time she mentioned that I needed to make reservations. If I was informed about how the facilities work, I would’ve made arrangements and this is me chatting with them weeks before.

The hotel was exceptional , everything in the hotel including staff , accomadations beach and food were fantastic, this hotel really went above and beyond my expectations, probably the best hotel in sharm , I am very much looking forward to staying there again in the near future !

The beach front room was Amazing, by far the best hotel I've stayed in. the ocean view was phenomenal the dinning was great and the staff was awesome. this is truly a 10/10 experience. As a side note make sure you book the all inclusive package there isn't much restaurants near the resorts. You'll save a lot of money by booking it initially rather than paying for every meal. $30 for lunch $35 for dinner for 2. you'll save 50% by booking the all inclusive stay

Great place except for front desk staff lack professionalism ,requested anniversary arrangement in the room and reservation at a la cart restaurant since u r allowed to make only one reservation in each restaurant during whole stay my was 5 days confirmation given by e-mail through Hotels.com(my reservation is ultra all inclusive) , on arrival non was done up grade was done to Jacuzzi room from ocean front but was directly under gym continuous noise till close time !!! contacted front desk 3 times to change room each time promise to call me back 30-45 minutes no response call again same response!!! finally after about 2 hours offered me a room at a lower floor smelly and informed me in a rude way this is the only option take it or leave it !!!this was mentioned in my feed back to hotels.com about check-in !!also requested transportation by hotel when arrived at hotel receptionist informed me to go back to the street & pay the driver in cash as the hotel role is to arrange car only driver did not have change hotel refused to pay him & put it on my bill and claim they also have no change!!!!!
Rest of staff were great especially fountain & Marhaba restaurants, beach bar and staff can be improved , general condition is nice well kept, clean, food is above average but meats are a down side.WI Fi is another down side is it is slow and you are allowed 1 GB for your whole stay my finished after 1 day !!!!! had to pay for the rest of my stay.

Coral Sea Sensatori was AMAZING!!! The Location on the Red Sea was by far the best snorkeling water we’ve ever experienced. Wildlife and different animals in crystal clear ocean water made every day a new adventure. We had a room with access to a pool from the room and we spent most of our time in there and going back and forth to the ocean.
We were here on our honeymoon and the service from everyone was unbelieveble. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Beshoy in particular at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Our last day we checked out at 4:30 AM and because we were missing breakfast, Beshoy made sure to pack us breakfasts to go!!! Incredible service!!! I would highly recommend this resort to everyone!!

Very friendly staff, facilities wonderful and well maintained. Service excellent. Recommend the swim up pool villas on the beach - great view, nice touch and adequate space for a family of 4. Rooms were lovely. They also made an effort to celebrate my young sons birthday with a cake and song/decorations in the room.Very thoughtful. Totally recommend this place.

Very nice stay, I spent 4 nights with my two kids and they enjoy the facilities and the beach. We spent good time time together there and liked the stay very much. Staffs are very friendly especially with kids. Food was good, sea and sea walk were very nice.
