Omni Villa we comfortable and spacious. Good for large families or 3 couples. Pools were clean and service was excellent. We loved Cancun and plan to return.

This property is not equipped to handle the amount of people staying here. Peope are running to the pool and beach at 7 a.m. to get lounge chairs bc there are not enough on the property. The dining facilities are not large enough. My party was turned away a few times bc the various reataurants were full or at capacity (only one restaurant takes a reservation which is a scramble to get at 8 a.m. each morning).The room was outdated and needs renovating and new decor. It was hard to get anyone to help with anything. Once, I did connect with someone he/she was nice, polite, and helpful. The hotel is understaffed and needs more lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Location is good. Rooms are dated. Good beach and pools are okay, however food was not a good experience. Lousy hotel activities and drinks are terrible including coffee! Will NOT be back.

The Villa we stayed in was awesome. I did not expect a place like that for the price we paid.

This property is fine we had a good time. Frustrating things were the keys wouldn’t work to get into the three-bedroom villa we had to walk all the way around the backside which if you’re by yourself and it’s late at night is not well lit. They were very busy so Service was harder to get but in general service was fine. This is a nice medium caliber easy to get to location place. There is very nice people also staying at the resort we had fun making friends. I think this is par for most places in Mexico

Each room had its own bathroom and balcony. All resort amenities were close-by and accessible. As an 'All Inclusive", the food was generally good and plentiful. The liquor however was substandard and everyday economy name brands (i.e - Barcardi, Smirnoff, Jim Beam) were at extra cost ($7.) per drink. It was very disappointing paying 4 Star resort prices and getting 3rd rate liquor and wine that gave a hangover consuming small quantities, Of course the beer was fine.Overall it was good, but why an "All Inclusive" is still a risky bet, even with an Omni Resort.

There are high end places and low end places in Cancun - this is in the middle. Make sure to call ahead a few days before your arrival to book dinner reservations in the restaurants for all the nights you will be there. Upon your arrival, you are likely to be disappointed there are no reservations available, and you will be destined for the buffet - not nearly as nice an experience as the restaurants. The Villas are large and comfortable and ideally located close to the beach - great for families or groups.

Beautiful, excellent. Perfect for families. The food was the best! Only thing I didn't like was i felt pressured to give the 90 min of my time. They said I had a discount for a tour and it was more than 50% which sounded awesome, but they wanted to sell me something. They kept saying oh we usually don't allow this or that but since its ur first time we will make an exception. This was on our second day, I finally told them I was there to enjoy my trip and not to be pressured into doing anything! They apologized and the rest of our stay was spectacular. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced. The photos do look nicer than in person, as far as the villas. They are a bit outdated, seem old.

This is our second year there and we were so disappointed this year. We stayed 4 nights but all the restaurants were all booked the first two nights. The last night we booked the very nice restaurant because last year they wouldn’t let us in because my husband had shorts. This year he brought pants and they wouldn’t let us in because he didn’t have a collared shirt. The staff seemed annoyed when we would ask for drinks. Many times we had to go find our own drinks even at meals. The hotel travel staff sent us on some all day excursion that was supposed to be kid friendly only to find out it was a drink fest for 18-25 year olds and kids had to be 12 or over to even participate in the snorkeling. It was 2 hours longer than we were told. Wasted our last day. Will not be returning for a third year.

Omni chain in Cancun is the way to go. Most of the same comforts you would expect in an American Omni!

Stayed in one of the 3 BR villas. Vacationing with son/wife and grand kids. Our third stay at this property in 20 years.

We had a wonderful time - my husband, myself and our two 20+ sons. It was very relaxing and the staff took great care of us. We decided to splurge and stayed in a Villa so we all had our own rooms. This worked out great for our family.
