Best customer service in a hotel in a long time, all tge staff are super friendly, respectful always with a smile, that make me feel like homeb, however the hotel needs renovation , is way too old and outdated, it neededa renovation,quality of the food and drinks can better,

There were more than 25 people in the Lobby and only 2 employees, the room was dirty, in the restaurant we lasted 45 minutes (waiting for the dishes to be cleaned) food and drinks of the lowest quality ever seen. The pool was dirty and the color was not very nice. To top it off when I decided to leave after two hours, a porter never showed up to help us since I called 20 minutes dialing 0 at the front desk and no one ever answered. I regret having selected this option.

All hotel give a pass early like 2 pm and then 3 pm give the room.
This hotel was not early pass. The snack only had 🍟 and bread. No more options

The property is very much lacking and not a good all inclusive experience. I was traveling with my full family and it was extremely dated and unsatisfying.

I liked the location, the beach, it’s close to Santo Domingo.
Staff was overwhelmed and grumpy, assigned room had the air conditioning damaged, food is low quality, some areas of the hotel are understaffed

Customer service is the worst I aver see in over ten hotels I had visited in DR in my opinion they should be in housekeeping department.I paid for VIP which is a laughable, same bad food every day.The room was fine except the toilet is 3” from the wall you have to sit sideway, I will not coming back for over US$300/ night I expected something better.Hope this review help others.

Parking is a completely inconvenience have to park out of the property taking the chance that something might happened to your rental and then you’ll be responsible for it

I had high expectations for this hotel we reserved based in the reviews. When we arrived we had to pay additional fees $260 because the room we reserved a suite adults only was not the room the wanted to put us in. The all inclusive is very cheap. You are limited with options the food was not the best. They lure into getting free spa so that you can become a member and it’s a scam. The ala carte restaurants are never available and making reservation is a disaster. The parking lot is super small. I do not recommend this hotel at all and I will never go there again!!!

I have a very bad service at the pool, I was trying to get beach towels but unfortunately I never got them, I went 4 times to the towels place but it was impossible to get them, so I went to the public relations desk to ask them for help but it didn’t happen, they promised me to bring towels to my table but I think it was a joke because nobody came to my table with towels.

The entrance to this resort was was blocked and not very welcoming. Upon arrival Friday afternoon we were awaited with a long line that hardly moved and waited to on line 3hours to be seen and get checked in and still had to wait as room was not made available. Mine you this rooms were booked 3 months in advance. Duration of the service, every single day there was no towel available for use to use in the amenities pool side or beach side, so we had to go without it for 3days. Service is lacking in and out of the buffet and even on the restaurant they have available. Hard to flag any staff to request a drink or even assist acquiring coffee for breakfast or simple water request. Not worth the headache and not the best place to go on vacation, animation team needs serious improvement lack luster.

I really had a good time at the property, my first all inclusive experience. Pluses for the property are the staff are very helpful, food quality was good, and entertainment was good, loved the Michael Jackson show. Negatives are the limited food choices, two buffet options, no Ala crarte options as it was booked, had to change rooms because of the bed quality first night. There were a far amount of sales persons selling tours and the property, not rude or overbearing just noticeably there when you want to be chilling enjoying your vacation.

Excellent hotel, comfy and charm. Food is good but it could be better. Animation Team is A and the kindness of employees. A/C had some issues in different restaurants and rooms. Swim out pools are awesome but non guess cross from public to private area without any inconvenience.

I had an amazing experience for my honeymoon, the staff was amazing and kind thank you for the amazing customer service and I enjoyed the upgrade and the treatment to the maximum, I was in cloud nine, blessings

Staff was very accommodating and made my stay much better. Hotel was not the cleanest needs updated in most areas. Coffee shop was very good and pools were solid. Food was not that good plenty of options but quality was not that good.

The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping came every day and kept everything neat and replenished. The only complaint I have was that the shower water would leak out into the room. Whoever designed the bathroom did not think of the structure correctly.

The staff is super friendly and nice, they were definitely 10/10. Our biggest issue was the fact that our room flooded as water overflowed from the standup shower. The water also had a very foul chemical smell, we used bottle water to brush our teeth to avoid accidentally swallowing of said water. Lastly, we were limited to the restaurant options for dinner as not all are available for reservations as they only open 1-2 at best on certain nights. The buffet did not offer great food options either. So honestly this makes this hotel a 3/10.

The food is not good here at all, drinks are extremely watered down. If you’re a foodie I’d highly recommend going to restaurants near the resort. The limited availability for the restaurants is terrible, if you don’t book at exactly 8pm you won’t get a reservation. The views at this hotel are great but there aren’t many activities at all, you have to pay extra for anything entertaining and fun. The coffee shop is super cute & had good drinks. The hotel rooms are decent nothing special. One night after the rain tons of bugs came into our room due to the gap underneath the room door. The workers at the hotel do not speak English and if they do it’s rare. Be prepared to use translate apps if you don’t know Spanish fluently. I don’t feel like we got our money’s worth and I won’t be returning.
