Very comfy beds Clean Good location Would stay again

We stayed here with our friend for a long weekend. Sue immediately greeted us and advised we could park on the road outside free of charge. Leigh then introduced himself and informed us of local amenities, restaurants etc. The room was a good size and the beds very comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and on the last day Leigh & Sue gave us an extra few sausages to give to our dog seeing as we'd left him in kennels. The hotel is in a fabulous location with a tram stop literally at the end of the road. A corner shop the other end and various pubs, restaurants nearby. We normally stay in the North area but will definitely stay here again. Thanks guys.

Arrived early and was able to check in before 14.30pm which was great, hosts were friendly and very knowledgeable about Blackpool, best places to go, where the trams can take you etc. Room was big enough for us and bathroom was a decent size, very clean and tidy, bed was a little solid for my liking but was comfortable. The Road especially on a night was quiet, not much noise or foot traffic. Our room had a little sea view which was an added bonus. We also had a key for the hotel so we could get in and out whatever the time. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would 100% return. Thank you for a lovely stay !

Really nice B&B. Very clean inside and out. Fantastic location, close to all amenities. 2 mins to pleasure beach and beach. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.Cannot fault this lovely B&B. Would definitely recommend. Will be returning.

Went to Blackpool with my partner for the weekend which was brilliant. The hotel was clean and tidy! Everything in order and cheap for the stay! Would recommend and will return in the future.

Sue & Leigh are very friendly hosts who do all they can to help you. Nice breakfast and good value for money in en suite single room.

The hotel was in a great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the pleasure beach and other attractions there was a Wetherspoons pub within a 5 min walk and a tram stop within 3 min walk . The property was very clean and the room we stayed in was spacious the hosts Leigh and sue were very welcoming made you feel like youve known them for years

What a beautiful hotel,the owners are amazing very helpful and very friendly. They made our stay amazing, the rooms are amazing and very clean and the themes they had for the rooms was fantastic to see .
