hotel was reasonably priced..easy check in.land lady showed me to my room..i lost my key first night.was tipsy lol...and i was charged £10 for new keys.which i thought was very nice on the owners part..overall it was a pleasant stay

What a beautiful, friendly little guest house. This was our first time here and Jacqui welcomes us in the friendliest manner ever. The rooms are very clean, the bar area is lovely and very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Jacqui for an amazing stay, you have a little gem there.

We had an amazing time, Russ and Jackie couldn't have done more to cater for our needs. It is a wonderful place and the breakfast is to die for! They had some great local tips to make our trip easier and more interesting. We will definitely be returning...and the girls are looking forward to seeing socks, poppy and boo again ☺️

This hotel wasn’t very nice, It smelt like wet dog. We were charged twice for the room and had to ring the bank to cancel one of the payments. This was very inconvenient as the money didn’t go back in until after 24 hours leaving us with very little money. We went as a family of four for my daughters birthday and was very disappointed. The hotel is situated in a rough area and it was scruffy and noisy. Would not stay here again.

Location was great for all avtivities. There was parking nearby fot 14 pound a day.

Jacqui was funny, friendly, attentive and an excellent host. We will definitely come back! The breakfast was well worth the bargain price of £5.50 per person and you get loads. The rooms are big enough for two people and the kettle was fast! Great location close to the promenade.

Lovely and friendly staff. Would of preferred a en suite but for the price it was worth it.

Such a charming place, We couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay. The staff who are the owners couldn't have been more accommodating. I can't remember the last time I bought a bottle of wine in a hotel bar for 8 pounds sterling. I do remember it was never before. The rooms were small but very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for better
