I’ve still not received my deposit still waiting on that when would I be likely getting that back ?

The rooms were terrible, shower not working toilet not working …parking you couldn’t find as it was first come first served and once you move your car to go to ship or a restaurant there was no guarantee that you can find again the parking space even though you paid 200£ for a single night !!

The hotel is close to all attractions. WiFi is horrible, rooms are small and can accommodate only a bed . No telephone , no toiletries available.

Family room was up two lots of stairs room was not upto standard beds was lumpy pillows were hard staff did not change mugs or given clean towels and owner was rude arrogant was to busy asking to move cars round on carpark even ringing while we was out trying to enjoy ourselfs would not stay there again.

When i arrived at 17.30pm there was no one there door was locked and hotel looked empty car park had 1 car mine made it 2 there was a number above door to ring so rang after 5 mins someone answers and i give details i tell them from start i am outside its cold its about 3 degrees ts been snowing its raining and windy then phone call gets disconnected so i call again 3 mins this time and someone then comes to the door asking who i was i said i booked a room online after taking details and payment upfront they say room is on second floor when i go into room its freezing cold so look at a radiator is off so turn on and starts to get warm room was not to bad but in my opinion not worth £30 i did have coffee and tea facilities for 2 cups and shower and toilet in my opinion someone should have been there knowing you have a booking would i go there again no.it was near a weatherspoons but its a good 10 mins walk not 2 mins as told so i took car location very good right next door to pleasure beach and room had seaview

Trouble with the parking. We had to leave our meal half way through to come back and move our car. Its a bit of a joke to say the least

Room and en-suite were a good size compared to other such accommodation in Blackpool and clean. We stayed in a family room (two adults and two teenagers). Room had a double bed and two single beds and there was still plenty of room. Flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Hot/cold buffet style breakfast available for £4.99 per adult and £3.99 per child. I would recommend it. Free parking and WiFi also included in the price of our stay.

Very peaceful and polite staff on reception the room was very big and fit all five of us in, loved the way we have a key to get in and out the building without worrying about the time we got back

Will be staying again clean rooms staff really nice onsite free parking

The room was basic but more than adequate for what we paid! A few little niggles like the towels were tiny so if recommend you bring your own. The shower door clashed with the bathroom door so you had to be careful how you opened them. The tv remote didn’t fully work BUT for the price we paid we had a comfortable night’s sleep and the room was clean.

Out stay was really good the hotel was really comfortable and everything was perfect we will always stay at just roomz when we r in Blackpool

Unfortunatly our toilet was hard to flush and the tap never stopped dripping. 3 beds had marks on the white bedding. The staff were nice and the comunal areas were clean. At the end of the day for me and my 2 kids it did not ruin my trip.

Nice hotel not recommended for light sleepers due to wind from sea had a lovely stay would go again

chose this hotel because it was cheapest on website fine for what it was a place to stay while visiting blackpool massive plus was very close to tram stop which you can buy a 24 hour ticket for £5 and travel up and down seafront as much as you like. If you want your room cleaned you ask if not your left alone to come and go as you please which suited us.If it was cheapest on website next time I would not hesitate to stay again. breakfast is available between 8.30 and 9.30 which I thought is a bit restrictive but jump on the tram stop off try a new restaurant every day.
