Beautiful view of the Bay from our second floor balcony. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. Modern and totally redecorated. I would highly recommend.

I thought I was getting a view of the water but I didn’t

Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. We were delighted with the view from our room, spectacular! The water pressure in the shower wasn't ideal but overall we were happy with the place & price.

Clean, updated property. No check-in, just a room code given for arrival. Not a problem though.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and we were very impressed with the property. The amenities were a nice touch- Keurig coffee maker and everything you need for coffee and tea! Our room was super clean and decorated nicely. It felt like we were guests in someone’s home, rather than a hotel! Location was wonderful and so was the price! No problems checking in, easy to communicate with property via text or phone if needed. Will definitely be back for future trips to the area!

Entered an unusually warm room on a hot day. Window air conditioning needed multiple steps to operate correctly. Bathroom / Shower door would not close shut. No room service the next day. Our garbage was piled up and not renewed - toilet paper not enough - bugs had webs just beyond the entrance / exit door as we stepped outdoors - no elevator service despite 12 steps exposed to the outdoor weather - two small cockroaches around the Keurig Coffee Maker.

Our family of 3 stayed 1 night and enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the modern decor and cleanliness of our room. Small glitch with everyone that checked in the same time we did. For some reason our codes to enter our rooms didn’t work. Called the # that was listed and they picked up immediately and helped us out. We would definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Petoskey.

Loved the location and the view! A little removed from downtown, but right in the middle between Bay Harbor and the “in”crowd and Petoskey Bay Front Park. Highway 31 goes by in front of the inn, but they provide earplugs, or better yet, in the summer, turn on the AC! Loved the self-check in. I did not receive the code via email, but called, and a very helpful staff member gave me my code. Very comfortable bed! The shower was a bit slim, but fine for most people. Just be aware if you are a larger person. Great stay with super location.

This is a great little studio apartment in an excellent location within minutes of downtown Petoskey. Is tucked up behind a home on the property to the left of the main inn. It was very clean (except for the fan in the room, which was very dusty). Included coffee and tea, a small refrigerator, a stove, and microwave. The king bed was super comfortable. No view from the room, but the inn has hot tub and fire pit areas with gorgeous sunset and Lake views. The inn sits up a bit from the highway, and with this studio’s back location, we did not hear traffic noise. The description and arrival instructions could be better. We never did find out how to run the AC, or if there was any. It turns out we did not need it as the weather was beautiful. There is nothing that specifically shows you which pictures are of the studio apartment. Or what amenities it has. Maybe I missed it.? There was no Wi-Fi code in the room so we had to call. The email sent to us for arrival instructions said we would receive an email with a code for Entry that afternoon. No email. When we called, we were given different arrival instructions. Overall a great, clean, basic place.

This hotel is a pit. I’m totally stuffed up and It ruined my vacation. The air conditioner was so filthy. It was blowing allergies and mold into our room. The pictures had a dining room and hot tub. Guess what nope neither were included. I’m so bummed that I didn’t check this out closer. We thought we were staying in Lake Michigan at Bay inn was so gross. I’m confused out what happened here. I will never use Hotels.com again. I refuse to pay 333.

Property had some great updates but was a little on the dirty side. Obvious dust on all the baseboards and only a window ac unit

Beautiful place! Great view, close to town and shopping. Communication with staff was easy, someone checked in on us to see if anything was needed and if we were happy with our room. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future.

This little boutique hotel was perfect for a night in Petoskey! It’s newly redone, so everything in the rooms is new! We had three different rooms for our family and each room was uniquely decorated with different themes. The view of the water from outside the rooms is also stunning! & can’t forget about the beds, they were SO comfortable! The definitely felt like memory foam. 10/10 would stay there again!

Completely self check in. Very clean and a nice view of the lake. Had 2 hot tubs and a nice little garden area with gas fire pits. Would recommend this place.

The shower was dripping water and there were two large pieces of tile missing from the shower wall. Other than that, the room was very nice.

Property was extremely clean and conveniently located between downtown Petoskey and Charlevoix.

I love the contactless communication

The room was nice and clean but not worth almost $300 a night. I was under the understanding that there was be breakfast and there was not. There was coffee and tea in the room refrigerator and microwave.
