It was very nice area and facilities, it was a bit confusing on the payment process. The employee was trying to charge me, but I showed them the receipt on the app and then she charged me a $50 fee that I’m supposed to get back and then the next morning I got a receipt showing I different price than I paid through the hotels app

The standard these days is to expect a hotel to provide a complimentary breakfast. This hotel did not meet that standard. And there was a lot of noise all night long from a nearby Interstate highway.

The room set-up was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, we were assigned the room directly above the reception area. We heard the front doors opening and closing ALL NIGHT long! It sounded like someone was moving furniture. Also heard footsteps all night but don't know if they were from above or below. We checked in at 3:00 p.m. so we should have been assigned a more suitable room, and if the capacity was full that night, the last person who checked in should have been assigned this room. We would have rated five stars if we had another room. Four stars is generous because I feel like three stars acurately indicates our stay. Several dining options available close by is nice.

The check in and check out process was VERY simple and easy. We had a full sized fridge in the room and the property was very very clean including our room. I was very impressed.

Bed bugs in our room!
We stayed at this property on July 18, 2024. When we woke up to leave in the morning we discovered bed bugs in both queen beds. We had to leave around 4:30am but we told the night manager what we discovered. She was apologetic and said she’d tell the general manager.
We also called the hotel to speak to the general manager. We left a message for her detailing our experience and (as of the writing of this review) have not heard from her.
So, DO NOT stay at this hotel. Yes the property looks clean and the staff is friendly. It’s also a good location near I-70 and convenient if you’re traveling cross country as we were. But do not stay here until it’s clear the property has addressed the problem.

After a long 12 hour day of driving, all I was looking forward to was relaxing and showering. There was no hot water and the bed wasn’t comfy at all.

While not luxury, it was super nice. Very clean, roomy, all the extras....mirrors,night lights, body products, cooking stuff, atove, fridge.... Dark and quiet, comfortable beds. Plus, Walking distance to event center, 24 hr gym amd hot tub. No bkfst but worth it. I will stay here again FOR SURE next time I want to see a band at cable dahmer event centee!

This property on a scale of 1-10 is a 20!! Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and we greeted immediately upon entering the building. She provided us with some great suggestions for places to go, to see and some hidden gems for dining! Our room was spotless and just perfect. There was everything we needed and then some. I can’t say enough great things about this stay! Oh and the hot tub was the cherry on top!

Hotel was great. Very nice room. Expedia however was horrible. Reservation was for a different hotel but Expedia couldn't get the info over to the hotel so we could check in. After a 30min phone call to somewhere in India they moved us down the street. I'm done with third party booking!

Its a nice place. The hotel was nice. Room was large. I had no issues with the hotel and area. But I wouldnt stay again. I paid for a king, got a queen. The gap around the door to the hall let in light all night. The bed was super hard. And the flush. Goodness, it sounded like it was about to launch every time we flushed. Guarantee it will never clog.
