The decor is very unique. They allowed us an early check-in. The front desk staff was very helpful

The staffs are friendly and have good service mind. The facility in the room is equipped with all you need. Breakfast buffet is okay. Gym and swimming pool are closed by 20.00 but can ask for flexible hours. There is a bar/restaurant (MUSSO) at the underground floor opening 18.00-24.00 with live band starting from 20.00. There are numbers of parking space for bus and car. The nearby hotel (Mini S) serves nice coffee.

Great value hotel a little further out of the centre than ideal but still very cheap by tuktuk. The staff were excellent and room and pool great.

Fantastic staff ! They go far above and beyond to make you feel comfortable

The hotel offers great value for money in a quiet location away from the tourist areas. I had the pool to myself every day. I really enjoyed the friendly staff and their attention to detail. It is not near the shopping or market parts of town and you would need to get transportation to those areas. If you don’t have your own transportation then you can use tuk tuk or taxi easy enough and the staff will help with that.I am a regular visitor to vte fir business and will stay here again

The room was comfortable and well-appointed with a separate bathroom/toilet. The bed was very comfortable; the air conditioner worked well. There was a breakfast buffet that catered for most tastes and the staff were obliging and friendly. The hotel provided bicycles which were great and it was not far to the centre of town. Restaurants down by the Mekong were within easy biking distance. The pool area was excellent. It was attractive and the pool was deep and long enough for bathing or swimming. The slight negative were the distance from town which was just a bit too far to walk. The only annoying problem was being able to hear the band which was in the basement restaurant till midnight up in our room on the seventh floor. It played each night we were there and was intrusive. It would probably put me off staying there again.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and it’s wonderful staff. We had a 6 night stay and we really enjoyed our experience at S Park! The pool is excellent and we found the staff goes above and beyond to make the guests welcome and confortable. The hotel provides a pay as you go AC mini bus shuttle service to downtown until 5pm. The area around the hotel has few dining options but luckily the hotel food was very good and prices were reasonable. There is a little grocery store across the street as well as a small ( but AC!) restaurant at the car wash place next door. We thought the band in the hotel restaurant was quite good. The staff there are really nice and very professional at their jobs. We enjoyed going there at night to listen to the band and have a few drinks. For me the value of this hotel outweighs the bit of distance it is from the town.

I had wonderful time staying at the hotel ( and Vientiane of course) staff were helpful and friendly... The hotel is about ten minute ride away from the city centre but that shouldn't be an issue, lots of tuk tuk and taxis to take one to the city centre ( but you really have to negotiate the fare).The manager of the hotel was kind enough to provide me with a courtesy ride back to the airport.

The hotel had great amenities including a comfortable bed, great shower and an awesome pool to liunge around at inbetween your activities... The breakfast was great offering options on how you want your eggs prepared and several dishes to go along with them.... Most of all, i loved the staff at the hotel. They seem to really care about your comfort and help w any questions about the area and availabilty of tours and activities around the city... i highly recommend staying at this hotel...

Great Location, Great Team of Staff , Great Management, Well maintain, Great Buffet Breakfast, Swimming Pool & not far from Wattay International Airport and from the City, Definitely telling all my friends back home here in Sydney Australia to come to stayed here. I definitely will also came back and stay here again. (y)

Location and parking very good. But low floor very noise.

Water in the shower was not going fast enough. You can't take shower comfortably. At 1 am in the morning/ middle of night WI-FI was not working. They knew that because they told us to move in other room on third floor instead of 6 th floor where our room was...I need last two nights money to be refunded to me. October 8th and 9th I stayed in the same hotel and everything was nice.

The staff were very cold and they always looked at us like we were foreigners which made us feel rather uncomfortable. They were not welcoming at all.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly. The pool is nice and relaxing, and the rooms are so cute! I would definitely stay again!
