Broken light bulb...it was smoking

The bathroom was outated, the bath was stained. The air conditionning had difficulty to keep temperature to 70°. You could feel the high humidity in the room and hallways.

The staff seemed inconvenienced and rude when youd speak to them. The room had scuff marks and shoddy draywall patching all over. The room did not look or feel clean. The dresser and side tables looked like they had been picked out of someones trash, veneer stripped off of large sections and the handles barely holding on by one screw. This is a cheaper hotel so I wasn't expecting a great experience, but they still managed to go lower than my expectations.

We didnt even bother stauing trying to get a refund at the moment have a daughter who has cancer and a lower immune system room had bugs and damage to the walls and had strange funky smell also had a woman who opened a door for more who propositioned me until she realized i was there with my wife and daughter needless to say we turned in our key and looked for different lodging

This place was a mess people sleeping in their cars cockroaches couldn't get doors open to get into the building or into the room air conditioner was broken dead bugs on wash cloth smelled awful in hallway and room the workers were friendly and it looks like they are trying to remodel but as of now dont rent from them

The glass was busted in the pool area, looked like it could've been a gunshot from the way it was spiderwebbed. The hotel was run down. The exterior doors didn't close, much less lock. The local druggies hanging out by the cars weren't very comforting either. The room for wasn't even closed when we got there, the desk clearly said that's all he had though. We reserved a double queen, had double full sized beds. The door looked like it had been kicked in, there was trash stem under the beds, the door chain was barely attacked to the door, probably where it had been kicked in before. There were cockroaches literally running across the floors, the bathroom, the TV. The bathtub was nasty, and there was a hole in the wall of the tub. The smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling. The bed were 2 different heights, there was a dirty towel that fell out from between the mattresses, the blanket on one bed had "stains" looked like blood. We left after less than an hour and drove back home 3 hours, bc we couldn't find another hotel room

It was soooo dirty. Even our lamp shades had some gross stuff on them. It didn’t compare at all to the pictures. It was honestly filthy and I’m the girl who travels for experience and doesn’t put a lot of weight on the hotels but it was so really gross. I only took one pic to show someone because it was so laughable how different it was From the pics

Overall given the price is a good place to stay. Only down side it is very out dated and pool area is way ran down but tbh I didn’t stay to swim. Staff is very friendly, Room was clean, Breakfast is Okay.

Stayed here for the first time overnight and I was deeply impressed . What I didn’t like is that you have to pay a $25 security deposit, something that should have been mentioned during booking here on Expedia . Was completely blindsided . Other than that, very nice hotel.

A good place.

Our room smelled like pee, the shower curtain and toilet was dirty. The lights were dim and it smelled like smoke. The room phone did not have a telephone cord so I had to walk to the front desk if I needed anything. They did not have extra towels to use the next day. The staff was not friendly at all.

Absolutely horrible! Poor customer service, nasty accommodations and raw sewage comes up when I got in shower. Sick to my stomach! Had to leave. Please do not stay there!!

Drug addicts everywhere. Not really the staffs fault. Not a place for a family to stay.

The bathroom was so dirty that I had to ask for cleaning supplies & was told that I couldn’t have another room only a refund.

Room had expansive mold in the bathroom and the room smelt musty

Most amazing mattresses, rooms were very clean. Breakfast was not thst great . No fruit, yogurt, muffins or meat. Just coffee, juice, waffles and cereal. Coffee was good.

What this hotel doesn’t share until you check in, is there is a $25 deposit. Almost didn’t get my room because of it. Also pool area is extremely hot and no fans. Does have broken glass on its doors. The pool liner is coming apart.

I can see the improvements made to the property since my last visit, but more needs to be done. The outside looks good. But now the focus should be on the interior and rooms.

Old and dirty toilet not working

The room is really dirty and for breakfast they had just 2 tipe of cereal ,coffee waffle and roasted bread nothing else

The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. The building and rooms are a bit old and outdated. The pool is in the front of the building and is an indoor pool. It gets really hot in the pool area and is a little small for the amount of people that stay there. Some of the other renters that stayed there were a little too comfortable in there environment and frequently walked the parking lot. The police responded to the hotel a couple of times as well. It is a little unsettling and uncomfortable.

It was dirty, the door locks didnt want to work, breakfast mainly consisted of slices of white bread. A serious flight broke out in the parking lot and had to call 911.

The lobby gives the illusion of being somewhat recently renovated, but don’t be fooled. The room was absolutely horrible. There are attempts of simple updates that are poorly done but the age, wear and tear are evident everywhere you look. There are signs all down the halls that claim no smoking but the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. Worst of all when we pulled back the bed sheet there was instant evidence of bed bugs. We quickly left and requested a full refund which we are still struggling to get. A place in this condition should not be allowed to operate.

Not clean

The mattresses were extremely dirty. Sheets had hair on them still, I wouldn’t and didn’t stay the night.
