The room was too small for the price that I have paid. Very limited amenities. It’s not worth the price.

Absolutely, Not a good experience.Too small rooms, unclean Bathroom , dirty cups and trays while serving Tea overall unclean and bad experience I had.

Unfortunately, there was a bug/insect on my bed as I checked in, and the pillow cover was very dirty as well. The same got changed/cleaned after i complained to the management, but didn't expect this from IHG.

Food is not good . A very limited options

Good for staying individual with size of room, surely not for family stay. Communication is very difficult, need to have own car or hired. Food served is not that great. Cleanliness is good Overall rating would be 2.5 - 3.0

I really enjoyed the stay, The hospitality of the hotel management was really good, I forgot my belongings and they sent me back to my place by their own, only one thing to improve would be food

The hotel room wasn’t clean, the wooden floor was all dirty and the room is so congested, there wasn’t much space to walk freely after placing a bag next to the bed. Btw the complimentary breakfast was the worst one I ever had in Hyderabad, the quality wasn’t great, it’s better for the hotel not to offer breakfast rather than offering such worst breakfast. To add to my disappointment I couldn’t offer a tea or coffee to my guest who visited because the kettle wasn’t working..

There was a loud blaring sound all through the night. Difficult to sleep at night. So, we checked out the next day.

Key hole size room. Was bitten by bedbugs entire night. Mattress was not sleepable as it sunk in completely. Ordered food as room service, food was also pathetic.

My primary reason for choosing this property is the location, pretty easy to commute.

The approach to the hotel is painful especially in the evening, due to heavy traffic. The check in was fine and the rooms though tiny, are comfortable. The shocking part was the food. Since the buffet was kept 'dhaba' style in large 'not so clean' pots, and the food also did not look too appetising, I settled for Hot & Sour Soup and Buddha Bowl (rice with chinese greens was the promise). It took a really very long time to be served. My colleagues who came 10 minutes late for dinner ordered Indian food and it was served before mine. When the soup arrived, it turned out to be Maggi soup ready mixed in hot water. The manager confirmed it too. Just imagine instant ready mix soup served in Holiday Inn. The Buddha Bowl turned out to be rice bowl topped with oily spicy fried vegetables. That too with Indian spices. A better description would have been Dhaba style vegetables with tadka served with rice! It tasted terrible and gave me a sleepless night. Next morning the story repeated itself when I ordered Upma. Again they served Upma made from instant mix stirred with hot water. And confirmed it too. I am never staying at this place again.

It was very clean and fresh. It was well maintained and staff was very friendly. The breakfast here is good and I would definitely recommend the hotel. The only drawback is that the rooms are smaller. Otherwise everything else is 5 star

Best business hotel in the area for the price

Even though u say them to gve a proper room..they dont care abt it..although u stay 8-9 tmes they still ask ur contact details & ID Cardeverytime.. Every time i fce issues with flush nd drain in the wshrm..this time i mentioned them to gve a proper room still i got a rm with drain problem..also always there will dust under the bed on the floor..no hygienic practices..when i checked in i found stains on the washroom
