Friendly staff, good location to the markets

Great location and very accessible. Ms. Lisa (property manager) is very kind and responsive. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance for a range of budgets. The room is spacious with A/C, hot water and a safe.

The shower in our assigned room flooded the entire bathroom when used. I had a WhatsApp discussion with Mr. Bill (owner or manager). He was quite willing to be apologetic but no more than words. I'm quite unhappy since he assigned us to a room that he knew had problems and then after delays assigned us to what is probably the worst room in the guest house. The specific timeline: Day 1 - the shower is covering the entire bathroom floor with water when used. I message him and eventually get a response that he can't do anything because he is out to dinner. Maybe we should have moved out at this point, but I wanted to give him a chance. Day 2 - the next morning he says that he knows about the problem but can't fix it and no alternate room is available until the following day. Day 3 - we are moved into the room next to the breakfast area where we get to hear cooking and conversation starting early in the morning. The shower in this room only gets half the floor wet if we lay down some towels. Day 4 - seems to late to go to another place. The only saving grace for this place was breakfast which was nicely prepared and pleasantly served.

Great location on a quiet side street off the main road. The host Ms. Lisa was so helpful and friendly. It was a lovely place to stay for a bargain price. This isn’t a high end hotel but is perfectly comfortable for a few days.

We were well looked after, lovely cold drinks or fresh fruit complimentary each day. Is very clean, and central to main street.

Wonderful place to stay. Warm and welcoming staff. Really clean. Loved the afternoon treat of fresh limeade or fruit ! Extended our stay as we loved it so much !

I have stayed at this facility twice in the past. The following is what I felt at that time. Satisfied: ・ The room was very clean ・ Water server is fully equipped ・ The reception was kind 　 Example: Tour taxi reservation, pick-up taxi arrangement Dissatisfied: ・ It was not a bathroom but a showerroom ・ Narrow washbasin ・ There is almost no way to call reception desks such as desk bells In my opinion, if the name of the building is changed from “Guest House” to “Hotel,” I think it need to provide even better services and facilities. In the hope of improving in the future, the overall rating was set to 3.

Everything good. Except the family next door was so loud and slam the door all the time.

This is a nice, small, place on a quiet street and just a quick walk to the main attractions. The staff was friendly, albeit at times a tad confused. Overall though, a nice experience.
