Incredible staff who were on hand to help with everything, however small. A good selection of drinks and good at the bar. Rooms were clean and tidy. Excellent location.

Is what you expect from a 4star. Its all ok and decent. Nice ambiance.

Our stay was a good introduction to Bali. Very friendly staff. Good size room for our family and a nice pool area with dining/bar alongside which we took advantage off. Dining and shopping options nearby. Had a wonderful massage in the hotel spa.

The staff and facilities were great.

We had a lovely stay here and booked an extra night on our return from Lombok. Staff were great and helped book our ferry trip to Gili Air and return from Lombok. Breakfast was great. Short walk to beach and a large selection of restaurants Overall a great stay!

One of my room was very smelly, so it was arranged for another room and next day upgrade to another familyroom . I don't like the bathroom wasn't clean. And breakfast wasn't so good

Very well staffed and managed hotel in a central Sanur location. Ideal for short stays with easy access to the beach and town.

Great location and price.

We had to check out of our villa and needed a place to drop our bags off and have a shower before catching a late flight to Brisbane. Had we had to stay the night I would have checked out. The place is need of a complete refurb: The lifts don't even reach the top floor, doors dont open, the corridors are dark and once you manage to get in the room we found two single beds with ironed on spiders and a bathroom that stunk so bad we kept the door shut. I know its cheap but for about £25 a night you can stay in the lovely holiday inn and get an excellent breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at Abian Harmony Hotel & Spa. Comfortable and clean room with good wifi coverage and hot water. Good location with different types of eateries around and just a few steps to my favourite cafe, Cat Cafe Sanur. The staff are helpful and friendly, gave me good suggestions for laundry services.

I thought the rooms could have more Asian ambiance.

Here’s my honest review… We have travelled many times to Bali and around the world. We understand the culture and normally go with the flow, but this place was different from pictures… The good: Location is close to beach Staff are super friendly and always helpful Close to good restaurants and markets The bad: Hotel condition looks nothing like pictures This place needs heaps of maintenance. The rooms we stayed in were on level 4, old and tired. Breakfast is alacarte, their definition of buffet is 2 plates of fruit, 1 plate of salad, 1 plate of desert, 1 toaster, white bread, coffee pot, tea pot and that’s a buffet! Wifi is intermittent, works great for about 10 minutes in the room and that’s it. Some days not at all. Showers look good, but took approximately 5 minutes to heat up, then very very low pressure of water comes out… Our fridge was located out on balcony The doors still using key instead of digital card system. Locks were very hard to open, you could here many guest trying to open their doors on arrival. Our door barrel for room 412 was broken, had to be a locksmith everytime to get in… Pool wasn’t cleaned properly.. looks like they clean it in the morning, by the afternoon near bar side, leaves and other stuff would drop in and left floating. No one would maintain during the day. I asked for some extra bacon on my bagette, as you only get 1 very small slice, they said this will be extra cost This hotel needs soooo much maintenance!

The positives: staff were wonderful, bed was comfy, room was large and air conditioned. Hotel not far from beach and all the main Sanur attractions. The negatives: the property is quite run down and this would have been acceptable if the bathroom didn’t smell so bad and the walls were paper thin.

The management need to spend some money on this run down Hotel.The staff are so friendly and hardworking and want to please.Unfortunately the Hotel is really probably 2.5 /3 star at best.

Water in bathroom was really smelly we didn’t even took a shower

This hotel is nothing like it was pre COVID - standards have slipped the hotel is tired and in desperate need of repair booked two deluxe poolside rooms and weren’t given what we paid for. We stayed one of our 9 nights checked out in the morning. The only positive we’re the friendly staff and the fact that we got a full refund for the remaining 8 nights without any issues. Expedia you need to lift your standards and regularly review hotel pictures. The photos are from when the hotel first opened- nothing like what it’s become. Definitely not 4 stars - more like one or two. Disappointing

The staff were lovely - sorting out our refund as we didn’t stay there, leaving after the first night. Unfortunately the photos on the website are not a true reflection of the hotel - very run down and definitely not worth the prices charged.

When we first checked in we book 2 rooms, a double and 2 single beds. That was not available unless we wanted to be in 2 different buildings. The 2 double rooms, 1 was very small and the other was great. The bathroom flooded everytime you showed. When in rained water came under the door in both rooms. The rooms were ok but they need a deep clean. For us we thought they could be cleaned better. I think cleaners are not trained. They just gave everything a wipe over, no chemicals were used. Over all location was great, food is good enough. Staff were helpful. Just needs a good cleaning in some areas and some general maintenance.

Run down. Property needs a lot of attention. Wasn't very expensive so I guess didn't expect too much luxury but could have been maintained better. Good central location though.

The exterior of the hotel is a little rundown and can use a renovation. Inside the rooms were good, with comfortable beds, and clean sheets, but my room had stained toilet seats that looked filthy.

Great location with easy walk to beach and shopping precincts. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned 2 or 3 times a week which I find much more preferable to a daily clean. You can ask staff for an extra clean if needed and they are happy to oblige. There is one thing I think people need to take into account and that is the shower is over the bath (not sure if this is the case for all rooms) which could be an issue for some people with limited mobility. Overall great hotel, great staff and in a great location. I will certainly be back again

All the staff & managers are very refreshing to be around, their great smiles made my day .The little restaurant for breckie is also a delight with excellent food quality & pleasant staff & eager to please. The owner is hands on & staff must be hand picked as to the high quality of people .I would be pleased to return to see all there cherry faces again.A pleasure to stay in this hotel, many thanks to all until I see you next time.10 out 10.

The room was clean and serviced daily. The Pool was well positioned to receive sunlight and very clean. Hotel staff were efficient and very helpful. Hotel was undergoing maintenance after the recent shutdown due to covid19 but this did not prevent an enjoyable stay.

Staff friendly

The staff is incredible and the rooms are comfy. It's just a five minute walk to the beach. The courtyard is lovely and the entire experience is just delightful. I would come back!
