It was great just the parking was bad

Overall, the property flooded, my room had no hot water the whole time I was there, maid service never came, one day I had no water. They said they would refund one night and then they did not… do not stay here.

The hotel was handy for a quick stopover stay. It was clean and tidy but also quite old and in need of updating. Staff were helpful. Room was noisy - there was a door or gate nearby that was constantly banging throughout the night along with men’s workers voices loud from about 4am. A few minutes walk got you to the main road where you could get a bus to downtown but you definitely need to get a taxi back in the evenings.
I would stay again for a short stay.

This place was great during the day, front desk was super nice, but at night, this place became super sketchy with randoms dudes standing in dark corners and drug deals and hookers. I heard some hideous things so I literally left the hotel that night and stayed somewhere else. Did not feel safe at all.

This was our fifth stay at Colony Club and again we were very pleased with their service. The staff greeted us warmly with smiles, check in was smooth with follow up call once we were in our room. Excellent customer appreciation and customer service, affordable, clean and beautiful surroundings, room amenities were tailored to our needs. We had mangoes fresh from the trees on our last stay. Excellent, we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Nassau Bahamas.Thank you for everything. The Braynens

Staff at the place was very nice and and let check in a bit early! It came with one welcome drink a day per person. A little cozy place perfect for a small party(; thank you!

This was my second stay at this property and the first was much better. The amenities were limited ,only shampoo and bar soap in the bathroom. The internet was so bad it keeps dropping . Please improve on the internet service .

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical, but upon reaching I was greeted by a friendly pair of staff members who assisted with the issues I had with booking and even gave us a better room. The room and surrounding area was clean. The water in the room is very hot. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back.

Property was very clean and nice they did a open bar of free refreshments. Convenient for all our needs, my only complaint was the pool needed to be cleaned, water was dirty and we had a few loud guest for the day.Other than that this place is wonderful!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was nice for a quick one night stay. Close to bus route making it easy to get around Nassau for cheap. Bus only costs $1.50 for each ride, way cheaper than taxi services. Close to Da fish fry market area, your only minutes away from downtown or beach front areas by bus.

the area this villa is in is pretty sketchy but inside the villa is nice. the pool area is nice and the breakfast is good food. the suggested taxis drivers here are 10/10.

If you don’t like spending a lot of money on fancy resorts and spend the money on adventure. This place is perfect. Low rates, clean, easy breakfast. Nice location within walking distance to beaches, restaurants/fish market, and a convenient store.

I sincerely had an amazing experience on the property for the most part! Their security service was definitely top notch, and most staff were super friendly. The hotel is also very popular for most taxi to locate.
However, only issue was that a lot of their rooms and equipment need to be replaced and renovated. Other than that, it was a 9/10

Great little hideaway for a good price. Area does flood so it was difficult to access due to the heavy rains. Room was clean with some newly renovated features. Water temp was cold. Room had nice amenities (fridge and microwave, kettle, tea and coffee, shampoo). Nice poolside area with cocktail hour for online bookings. Would recommend for anyone traveling on a budget! Check in took over an hour but the staff were polite.
