Treetops was an ideal location to stay for a week or more with a young family. Very clean and well presented, staff helpful and inviting and the grounds and pool are great for both adults and kids. Close to Orchard Rd and generally no more than a $25 cab ride to anywhere we needed to go for sightseeing and attractions. We had a really great getaway!

Great location at the end of Orchard Road, shopping on your doorstep and a10 minute walk to the MRT. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An older property, but very well maintained with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area. We had a fabulous stay here and would definitely come back on our next visit to Singapore.

We enjoyed the room we stayed in one bedroom, with lounge and kitchenette. Comfortable accommodation to stay at the top of Orchard road, good for shopping and restaurants, close to the Botanical gardens. My partner had a bad fall when we were staying and broke her arm. The staff were so helpful and made an extra efforts to make our stay enjoyable. A big shout out to the manager Karen Young for her special assistance and Veronica and Kashwini on reception.

Excellent quiet location but just minutes from the bustling Orchard Road, a bus stop and an MRT station. Staff were very friendly and helpful and everyone speaks very good english. Daily housekeeping and a nice buffet breakfast added to the enjoyment.

It really is a great set up. The lovely garden and pool area are a really great 'oasis' particularly given the heat and humidity in Singapore. The inclusion of Breakfast was a bonus and the buffet was plentiful and very varied. Having booked six months in advance and requested a garden view just a tad disappointed that we had a road facing room, without any comment at all at check in. Overall well worth considering if you want the colonial vibe during you stay

This place is well suited to a family of four that needs a bit more space over the usual 2 x rooms in a hotel. It was perfect for our family..more so we would definitely stay here again. Staff were great and the location worked well for those trips to the shopping district on Orchard Road. Thank you to the team at Treetop Executive Residence for taking care of us for a week.

The place is very good large rooms, we had bedroom bathroom lounge and kitchen all very clean tidy and a decent size, breakfast was included and was plentiful and varied. Only downside was it was a little far away from where we most of the things to do in Singapore are, but there is a shuttle bus the MRT and we used Grab APP a lot. Price does reflect that’s it’s not right in Marina bay and room sizes are also larger than in the main area, so if you don’t mind not being close to marina Bay great choice

Great place to stay if you are on an extended visit. The accommodation is first class, the location is perfect for shopping and MRT access, the only shortcoming was the breakfast buffet which was lacking in choice and variety

Stayed over for a week for my 12hr night shift. Staffs were friendly and attentive. They cleaned my room after I left for my night shift or they cleaned before I came back from my night shift. They also went the extra mile to make sure that I get to come back to a comfortable place after my shift, and they greeted me when I left for work and came back. My stay with them was in 2020, and I still remember the place. Money well spent!!

My partner recently was hospitalized in Singapore, I had to stay longer than expected at Treetops and the staff were fabulous extending time in our room each day as I did not know when he would be released from hospital. To have to move would have been another nightmare on top of the nightmare we were dealing with.

In the main the stay was good. Pool fantastic and well looked after as we’re the grounds. The room was very good. Beds were great and the rooms spacious. My complain is with Hotels.com. It states that there is a restaurant and bar. This is not the case. It has a cafe opened 10.30 until 3. You can’t get food or drink because it has no bar!. You have to order in a takeaway or go shopping for alcohol if you fancy a nightcap. I wouldn’t have booked this accommodation if I’d have known. Plus I couldn’t change it because it was non refundable. So Hotels.com need to change its info.

Excellent location literally a few minutes walk to Orchard rd. Apartment was clean and had all required for our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this residence.

Amazing pool, unlimited breakfast, helpful staff who are used to lots of food deliveries being made to rooms - a great stay during these first few months as things open up again during covid.Only tiny issue was that the hair cap was very flimsy and would rip - should have bought my own from home

I’ve loved everything about my stay on the 3rd floor of Treetops apartment hotel - very comfortable, well supplied, great service, loads of room and even a welcome pack and fruit on arrival. Breakfast more than does the job to set you up for the day; there are plenty of great cafes in Singapore if you’re wanting more than eggs, toast, fruit, pastries, dumplings/noodles and yogurt. Any problems are attended to swiftly and politely. Seeing the squirrels bounce through the treetops just outside made it all the more special. This is a well managed property ideal for longer stays and has really felt like home to me. So glad I chose to stay here! Thank you Treetops!

We love to staycay and this the most enjoyable staycay we had. The compound gave the stayers a homey feel. The swimming pool is great and breakfast is wonderful. The most importantly, the rooms and compound are clean and well kept. Very impressed with the kitchen, very well equipped.

I like the location of Treetops — it is a short distance walk to many restaurants and shopping malls without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road5.
