The bedroom is very basic, bed is so hard, you might as well sleep on the floor. The old dark faded bed lining and old towels didn’t feel very clean and the room was generally in a state of disrepair. The beach was a good 20 min way, it takes forever to get there and there’s so much hassle on the way. The roads are very dirty and smelly, it makes very hard to walk on flip flops. Unfortunately nothing good on this one, staff not helpful and didn’t speak English.

Just stayed overnight so didn’t have a chance to use the 3 pools. Room was large and pool facing. No towels till we requested and the reception staff hardly spoke English.

Close to shopping and night markets. Nice quiet street. Clean room and bathroom. Upstairs a bit tricky with suitcases as no lift. Overall had a lovely stay

A bit far from the beach, but we like it since its quiet. They tidy our villa daily but we didn't get any bottled water. Breakfast was great cause you can choose from a menu not a buffet but it is the same menu everyday.

This place is really awesome. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool and lovely garden. I can really recommend anyone to stay here. Prices are however, as almost always, more expensive through booking sites as hotels. Better to book a night and then extend directly. You will save at least 50% even if the site shows "special prices".

Convenient location. Everything you’d need is available onsite for a fair price. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Great value for the money.

Whilst this is not 5 star it offers everything we wanted for our stay. Yes you have to bring your own beach towel, hand towel and tea towel, tea bags, fly spray and mossie coils, all the rest is fantastic, especially for the price. comfy bed, great warm pool, basic but adequate breakfast and friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay immensely. walking distance to restaurants and quite nights away from the hussle. We would stay here again without question.

OMG !! I love this place. In all the trips I have had to Bali this is the BEST.!!! From the staff to the gourgous rooms , I cannot fault a thing . Location perfect away from the busy main road . Great warungs close by , night markets 5 min away... Bali perfection. Will be back , sadly not soon enough for my liking

Lovely stay for people who wanna stay at quiet place.because of pool, aromosphere of daytime and especially night time is so romantic. Only concern is breakfast. They might be able to improve it more. Totally it was so nice. I would like to come back there again.

We received a free upgrade as we arrived early, which was greatly appreciated as it was our last night! Pool area is lovely and peaceful and location is great for going out in the evening. The villa itself was lovely but we did have a couple of issues with the safe not working properly however, this was quickly resolved by the friendly staff.

Huge space for the money we paid. The staff were lovely and helped us when we had a couple of issues with transport and airport transfer. Would recommend this villa to friends and family.

Really lovely stay. The gardens and pool are gorgeous, I came in March and it was very quiet. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, room was cleaned every day. It is located down a narrow lane but it was easy to find my way around walking by myself and I felt completely safe.

Amazing getaway with an Oasis like pool and garden right in front of the room with very affordable prices! Absolute relaxation after a day at the beach, on the scooter or e.g. 1-day trip to the islands.Nice service including a very generous breakfast, possibility to book a car service, scooter, laundry, etc.Restaurants, shopping and the beach all a walking distance away, however on the same street a wonderful Warung Dead Fish where we went three times during our stay!Would highly recommend, we ended up extending our stay just because of how relaxed we felt at Janan Villa after every day touring in Bali.

The place is rather new so condition of the facilities was above standard. The room itself was also great, spacious with a full kitchenette and large bathroom. The swimming pool was also great for relaxing after day excursions to Denpasar or the Sanur beach.The only minus was the a bit off location from the main streets of Sanur. It is though easily reachable by car or foot, once you locate the right street.
