The quality of the food is not that great and service! They need a good General Manager

Really nice area most of the staff were nice. Mainly safety issue if you have food allergies make sure to let them know. My son had a huge allergic reaction while we were staying there. The location is far from the airport and stores. Everything in the stores are really expensive, better to shop outside the resort. There was a lot of miscommunication with issues we had at Amstar and this Hyatt service to get you to buy.

I expected better food quality for the price. Absurd that we were there for 4 nights and couldn’t get a hibachi table. Room service took on average 1.5 hours and for what? Mediocre food? Tacos were absolutely delicious though and the rooms were nice. Children loved the pools.

The staff was 5 star from Ezekiel at the front desk to Angelica at the spa and Alejandro and perdo at the pool and Roger with the bellmen staff everyone was so pleasant.

Property was perfect for large group. Young children and adults. Food was better then average. Staff was nice. Activities every day - afternoon and evening. Felt secure on property. Pools and beaches wonderful. Large area for children in waterpark on premises. Only complaint was difficulty getting tables for our Large group of #17 together.

I was not please with a lot of the staff. They were rude and not very helpful. I felt uncomfortable the entire vacation.

Limited property and activities.

We liked that the property was very clean and it had an option for booking a Villa which was ideal for us since we had a family of 2 with 2 toddlers. They were able to play in the living room together and had a large space to run around. The hot tub in the patio area was also a bonus. The restaurants had great food and there were lots of options. All the pools were heated which was amazing for us and the kids. They loved all the pools and we had a great time hanging out in there as a family. A few things we didn't like was that the Kid's club only opened to families between 9-10 am. Since our kids were under 3 we were not allowed to access it outside of those hours to use the playground, indoor play area or additional kiddie pool. For a resort that was so child friendly we were surprised that they didn't have a snack bar with kid options so you can pick up food easily. You had to go to an area that you order food or the only options were sandwiches and salads to pick up. Resort is pretty tucked way so it wasn't convenient to go outside the resort. There were limited night time entertainment for kids. It would have been nice if they had a 7 or 7:30 PM activity either movie, show, or craft for kids. Otherwise we had a great family vacation!

The staff at the world cafe and the workers that assigned people with preffered club for the cabanas and the property condition.

The food was terrible and men had to wear pants to use the restaurants The lazy river pool was only for people who bought into the resort

Everything was great. The food was delicious and there were no reservations needed for most restaurants. Areas of improvement should be to promote for men to pack a pair of pants to dine inside and at some restaurants as well as do a better job treating the grass for mosquitoes.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time at the resort! We tried out almost all the restaurants and they enjoyed the kids waterpark. The staff and service was amazing and attentive. We definitely recommend Dreams Playa Mujeres for other families looking for an all-inclusive resort. We didn’t have to worry about anything!!!

Overall it was good. Nice swimming pools and staffs. I had to change the room because of smell but it took 2 hours to change so it was waste of time.

Delicious food, beautiful location

I went to Cancun 4 times and This is my least satisfied trip. I’m surprised by the service in this hotel. I booked 2 king bed rooms but I was offered by 2 double queen bed rooms when I arrive. Finally I got 1 king and 1 double bed room after negotiation. Staffs are not bad but many of them looks unhappy with a poker face. Many times I got answer “I don’t know” or different answers when I ask staffs questions about the hotel. I met a staff worked at mini golf on my first day. We talked for 5mins and I tipped him $3 usd. He was angry and asked “ what’s for!” With a very bad attitude and strong tone. Also a reminder to family who has kid under 3 years old. The hotel has kid playground and indoor playroom. But only opened to 3 yrs .

Mixed feelings about my stay. On the positive side, the massage I received was one of the best I ever had, and the Fusion restaurant was delicious food and service! Some not-so-great experiences were as follows: 1-Check in I felt the sales pitch to book the next day meeting was a little long, all we wanted to do when we checked in after a long day of travel was go to our room. 2-My husband had a bolt (screw) in his rice from the Tres Colores restaurant. Thankfully he found it and did not bite on it. We did bring it to the kitchen staff's attention. They wanted to offer us something to make up for it, but since it was a prepaid all inclusive, we did not know what they could do. 3-Hibachi was impossible to get into. We tried all 4 days right at the time we were told to try. 4- Food service overall was pretty slow. For the resort being fully booked, it was definitely understaffed. I felt bad for the staff. Tides restaurant took 1 hr + to get food and most of the time the order was lost and they had to re submit it. When we ordered room service we were told 20-40 minutes and after 2 calls it ended up showing up almost 2 hours later.

We enjoyed everything about this Dreams, but the dining options. It was difficult to get into the restaurants and we wasted a lot of time waiting in line to make reservations each day. Then once in the restaurants there was a very limited menu.

Pools were great, beach was ok, to much seaweed and just built up over the week with no one cleaning it. Restaurants situated is a miss and they need to do a better job, at communicating because was told that you don’t need reservations for restaurants except French one and was told 45 minutes wait at 2 restaurants back to back, when there was a number of tables empty inside and they said they are for reservations. Overall I had an ok time but world never return.

While rooms are spacious and beach is very nice, food is mediocre and restaurant reservation process especially for larger groups is arcane. Most of staff is very helpful and friendly, but front desk check in process was painful

Unsafe property the units balcony door and the room entrance door when you open front door slam no time cut your arm off because so windy beach close to the resort. They can consider some kind of stopper or slow closing arm to the door actually we had a incident crush one of our thumb nail cut off and start to bleed. Staffs are not useful on that situation

Upon we arrived in the suite, there was only 1 glass and 1 cup at the bar and 1 glass in the washroom. No robes. we notified the front desk rep. he said they will sent the items. First only cups received no glasses, then later 2 child robes were delivered. Eventually adult robes were delivered but the other robes were still there. No glasses. We eventually asked the room attendant next day for the glasses. At dinner time I put all my valuables in the safe but could not lock it because the locking bolts were protruding and could not be locked. I then removed everything from the safe and took them with me to dinner because i was told that I had to be in the room for them to unlock the safe, so we di it after dinner. Waste of time. The phone in the room was very difficult to use. the handset did not work, the speaker phone had to be used to make calls and after could not disengage the phone. No indication on the phone that there were messages. Lack of signage for: direction to Lobby from elevator, location of shuttle to Secrets Resort. Staff at Lobby and concierges desks give different replies to question s which was very frustrating, how to get and print Boarding Passes, Location of shuttle pickup area, how the wi-fi work. Hibachi restaurant only opened 4 days a week and completely booked for our stay. Access for the remaining restaurants were either partially opened or very long wait. We were not to happy.

Beautiful resort good service. A lot of restaurants Big swimming pool.

Very noisy with the construction next the resort. I did not find the place clean nor the staff helpful.

Hit or miss on how the staff treats you

Food was good. Kids pool fantastic.

Great hotel and very nice rooms. Pool area is very varied with something for everyone. Beach had some pretty large waves and the water was full of sea grass. Food was average at best - French restaurant by far the best. How can a Mexican restaurant in Mexico be no more than average? All drinks were watered down. Sparkling wine and wine in general was ok and tequila was good but not really sure it actually was the right tequila in the bottle. Even the beer on tap was watered down -absolutely awful. Like they had beer syrup and mixed it with almost flat sparkling water. In total, not worth the money.

The resort will not honor my previous agreement I bought using Expedia. They put us in an infiroor room and admited it. To give us what ee paid for they rrwuested mote money. Too unethical and a bit illegal. I would never go there and will advise my friends to avoid this place.⁷

Great staff like Omar at the pool or Ester kept our room spotless. Definitely we’re going back
