An efficiently run, clean, well-located & comfortable stay here.

An ideal location for the old town was a good starting point but the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff was a major plus point and we would not look anywhere else if we were in Verona again.

What a charming place! Perfect location for the Arena and historic area. Staffs are so kind and friendly!

The staff was very friendly and showed us straight to our room even though we arrived a bit before check in time. They lent us cushions for the opera which was a very nice perk. Breakfast was very good with many options. We also enjoyed having air conditioning that worked very well. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Verona.

Elegant & friendly staffs willing to help & make your stay comfortable. 1. Location is perfect: few minutes walk from train station and also few minutes walk to the Arena where at night nearby restaurants with outside seating's turn the piazza into a lively interesting place to walk, seat and eats. 2. Hotel is secure with double entrance doors & floors access by tenants in that floor only. 3 It's a heat wave in mid June and Air Conditioning make the stay comfortable. 4. Our room floor is not quite clean that why I gave it a 4.

We loved Relias Empire in Verona. It’s located close to P.za Bra which was such a great place for passagiata. The hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was really big and really well decorated, with plenty of sockets, the breakfast was excellent and it was in a very good location too. Close to the main city centre and to the station, making it convenient for both, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet included bacon, scrambled eggs, mini sausages, various pastries, gluten free options and all the standard continental offering too. As a Brit I really appreciate being able to get bacon and eggs in the morning and it's far from a given in most of Europe so I wanted to highlight that in this hotel it's worth getting up for the included breakfast

I had such a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveler it felt very safe and the lovely ladies who work there made it feel really comfortable.

Great choice and a must gem you can’t lose chance to stay in. Comfortable, well decorated and renewed room; super location to old city attractions - you can do all walking small distances in a safe location. Great breakfast and well prepared staff.

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff. Only slight issue is that if everybody decided to go down to breakfast at the same time there would not be enough tables to cater for a full restaurant. That said, get down before 9am and you should be fine.

We loved our stay. The room whilst small was perfectly appointed. The staff are just wonderful. Bed linen and towels so fresh! Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend:)

This place is awesome! When you arrive a host will give you drinks and snacks and go over their services. The breakfast was fantastic. Don't be fooled by the low price...you will not be disappointed. They could charge twice as much and it would still be worth it.

Me my wife and 2 teenage kids stayed here for one night. The only downside was that is was only one night. Amazing hotel, from cleanliness to the service provided. It is also a very secure place to stay, in a great location. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it

Very nice staff. Very comfortable rooms. However, on the first night, our room was just above a bar pumping music until near 2am. We were moved to another room the next day that was much better.

Amazing place, great food, great staff. Cleaning crew needs to be more detailed with the floor found too much dust on the baseboards. Bed was super clean and comfortable. Bathroom super clean. Great hotel.

The room and the breakfast were excellent!! Staff was very helpful and courteous. Only criticism we had was that Corso Porta Nuova is the Main Street into the town, and very noisy with even Harley motorcycles and ambulances during the night. The city hadn’t authorized turning on the AC yet, so you could only open the window. We went the end of April/beginning of May and it was quite warm already, and we did not sleep that well with the noise - would recommend a room off the main street. Otherwise, the hotel was fantastic!! So close to everything!
