Good location n next to eateries, car wash n massage

They need some education in definition of suite. A small double room, ordinary standard, and we paid for a suite. Come on. Never met less accommodating staff. We had 6 luggage and none of the 5 staff in lobby even bothered to open the door. Extremely poor service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Room were clean, and that is the only positive thing to say about Geobay Hotel.

The hotel is close to an area with shopping Malls and it is easy to access to it

Rooms are clean but one of the room smells murky and cigarette.

Room no windows and bad room make up, no new tower and never clean. Now worth the price.

Overall a very good place to stay for a 3-star hotel, specially if driving, location is around 30 min drive from Singapore custom, ample open car park space. Nearby got local food courts & restaurant around, and a night disco just 1 min walk away. Hotel consist only 3 floor. The lobby is grant & staff can speak good English, check in is fast. Room is a bit on a smaller scale which consist of a queen bed, a small table & a toilet, but it was neat & clean, I like the lighting & bed is comfy. Air con is cooling & hot showers works. TV on the wall shows both local & Singapore shows. The not so good is Wifi a bit hectic to log in, and there are no windows in room so can't see outside, other than that its all good. Will stay there again

Family suite is decent and bed is ultra comfortable 2 toilet in one room is also a very smart choice! Jucuzzi tub is nice but some nobs is missing

We book Family suites on New Year eve 2nd night with Expedia comes with 1 king/1queen beds. Spacious room,1 with Jacuzzi tub and 1 common toilets, safe and nice window views for fireworks on eve New year. Extra pillows and comfortable beds. Value for money. Many eateries and cafes nearby, and 15mins walk to Aeon bukit indah or take Grabcar Giant Bestari only rm5-7. Our 1st night Twin executive room Is a disaster room kind of small for 2A1C is last min decision booking from Agoda as hotel is fully book. CON: is see-thru shower rooms not suitable for family with kids. No privacy. Hotel management should consider cover up the See-thru toilet. You can't check-in thru mobile hotel confirmation and must show print out. Website should inform us when booking. Finally the check-in guy accept my forwarded email. Additional key card deposit rm$20. Overall stays is good, clean,comfortable and smoke free hotel. If you come from ciq jb take bus cw6 nearer.

Over all is good except for checking in the hotel staff cannot find my Itinerary number, ask me to forward to them so that they can process my booking. This is the first time I experience this issue with Expedia booking.

Within walking distance of Bukit Indah Shopping Mall, Tesco and Giant. Was surprised to see a lot of fruit stalls selling durians. Food readily available at Osman eating place 24 hrs. Loved the satay.

My hubby like the bath tub most. Its surrounded by all sort of restaurants n near to Tesco, Giant n Aeon.

Nice hotel for a short getaway. Just that the room can hear the noise outside clearly. And happened that we have rude neighbours that keep banging (open /close) their doors? They shout.. ( OMG, there is no sound proof) There seem to be a little long for the check in time as they are not able to acknowledge the email send by Expedia even after I forward the 2 email rec'd to them. But luckily, I was patients enough and they allow my family up in the hotel room to wait for me. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

Hotel very new and clean, security is very good. Matress are solid and firm, room sound proving is excellent. A few great restaurants near by.
