Clean, but had a faint odd smell. Couch had a rip in both cushions. AC worked great. Food was good. Clean overall, but would choose another hotel next time.

When we got there the first room they gave us smelled like dog!!! We went and asked for another room, front desk said they didn’t have any, so then I told her we would leave and so she spoke to her manager called us back and gave us another room, this one was not the best but way better. We had never had issues with this chain of hotels.

Check in was a nightmare. The room was still dirty after having to wait an hour to check in because the room needed a “deep clean”. There was urine all over the toliet seat. The AC didn’t work properly. The window shades over the bed to not go all the way down to block out the bright lights coming in from the parking lot. It looked like it was daylight in my room all night. I have stayed here before, but I won’t be back.

First, Hilton is aiding and abetting criminals. Offering housing to illegal migrants is shameful and the disregard for the property is embarrassing. People have to decide whether they will support Hilton on this and being the arbiters of what laws to respect. The desk seat in the room was wet for some reason, carpet was fllthy and worn out and torn up, no cold water which may just be a Houston thing

This was the perfect stop for us, a party of 5. The place was clean and welcoming. The breakfast area was a bit small, and the bathroom could use an update; however, I would definitely stay there again and will look into Home2Suites for future stays.

The lady in the breakfast area refilling the food on Monday 22Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 of july was extremely kind and helpful is a shame on my part that I can’t remember her name she was missed on Thursday because the breakfast area was a mess but everyone was respectful helpful and with a huge smile always

Hotel was nice, spacious room for good prices. Only thing bad was only one elevator was working the entire weekend so it took awhile getting up and down. And they gotta do a better job of trying to keep the elevators clean. A lot of pool goers were causing very wet slippery floors in the elevators.

They gave my reservation to another person with the same last name. They should ask for ID when checking in.
I kept hearing the elevator ringing. Did not sleep good at all.
The pool was a bit small. There was a big family there playing rough, so my kids wanted to leave because they kept getting ran into.

Gabriela Caceres is the worst “manager”. Completely rude. Yells at the guests. Hangs up the phone in my face. Gave us a room that was unfit for staying and a hazard.

We stayed 3 nights. The room above us had a family with children who were up until 3 in the morning running back and forth. We complained and the receptionist said they were checking out that day. The next night, we heard them again. I went up to the floor and could hear them and the tv as I walked through the hallway by their door. I complained again that night and the family said they were going to bed anyway (1:30AM). In the morning, I attempted to bring this up with management and we were told there was nothing that could be done since we had booked with Expedia. I do not recommend staying here unless you plan on staying up most of the night. You cannot make special requests if you don't book through the hotel. WE WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN.

Overall experience was not great. Staff acted as if they didn’t want to help me as I walked in. No greeting whatsoever. One of the associates walked off as she saw me standing there. The other was trying to hold a conversation and help me at the same time. Will not be returning to this location.

Loved the curtain separating the sofa area and bedroom area. Our daughter was able to pump her breast milk in private. The kitchenette was great, we were able to wash the babies bottles and keep milk fresh in residential size fridge. Our 5 yr old grandson enjoyed the pool to the fullest. There were plenty of stores nearby for shopping, as well as a variety of fast food and restaurants.

The hotel was great- the rooms are spacious, breakfast was pretty good, and the gym has a Peloton bike that was very appreciated since I take spin classes almost every day.
It's obvious that the property is in a bit of a transitional phase- some of the furniture is outdated and a few walls could use a little attention with a magic eraser, but we will definitely make this our regular hotel whenever we come down to visit family.
