Everything thing was great for the weekend away.

I really liked the look of the property. The breakfast staff Ms. Wanda, ms. Ann ,and Ms. Alesia were amazing. The valet men were sooo kind. Ms. Mircle and Ms. Terri at the front desk were so sweet and they assistant us with anything we needed. What I did not like was our room Was facing an arena where there were homeless people urinating in public and they had trash back there. Not very appealing to the eye.

It’s a very nice hotel! A very nice indoor pool! A nice buffet! I will stay again definitely!

I was amazed how all the staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The valet parking needs some attention. Cars were bagged up, people waiting for over 25 min for their vehicles. They need a better process or more help. We missed the managers special because we was in line trying to get to the entrance of the hotel but valet was so behind that cars was out in the road, which included me and my partner.

My family had an excellent experience at the Embassy Suites. The staff was overall the most helpful and friendly staff at any hotel I have ever stayed. Ron, Wanda, and Tyrone were without a doubt as positive and helpful as any individuals I’ve encountered.

The Embassy Suites is nice and the staff is very friendly. But don’t plan on eating here. We stay at Embassy Suites often and one of the reasons, in addition to the facilities, is their restaurants are usually outstanding, when you order room service, eat at the restaurant or have breakfast it’s great. Not here, we ordered dinner for room service and we didn’t eat the food because it was terrible. We ordered pizza and a burger, not sure how you mess that up, but they did. Undercooked dough with the pizza and the burger was charred to a crisp. The breakfast was not good either, besides the mediocre food, the space is way too small for people to be serving themselves, elbow to elbow, and long lines for one person to make waffles, I felt bad for her because one waffle make simple could not accommodate the number of people waiting. I just didn’t feel like the experience lived up to every other experience we have had at other Embassy Suites.

The staff was magnificent! From the valet parking attendant, the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff.

Our bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were long dark hairs on the vanity and some of the towels.

My stay started off with the awesome valet parking staff. Due to arriving before 4 PM, my room wasn't ready yet due to convention customers that were checking out. I was introduced to the restaurant and business area. The business area worked out perfectly! It gave me time to work on information from a conference that I had attended. A staff member came and found me around 3 PM to inform me that my room was ready. The Check-In staff member was so friendly and presented me with some goodies to take up to my room. My 1-night stay was so relaxing!! I highly recommend!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast and weekend happy hour were great. The room was clean and quiet. The air-conditioner worked really well and really quiet! We really enjoyed our stay. It would be nice if the amenities were a bit more complete, eg. moisturizer/body lotion. Also the bottled waters. We had to go to the front desk for bottled waters. Nevertheless, the hotel location is conveniently close to most of the places. We will recommend the place to friends. Thanks.

Did not like the valet parking and how long it took for them to pull your car. Hotel staff could’ve been a little friendlier.

The room was clean, that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast was terrible, not what I expected from an Embassy. The staff was rude at check in. The valet guys are very pushy, either valet or get out of the way. Would not recommend this particular Embassy.

I love this hotel. It’s a newer embassy suites. More modern and to me the layout is better.

Fast check in and room available early

The expensive valet parking was not noted on the booking prior to selecting it. The parking options outside of valet are unsafe.
