We stayed one night . Everything was perfect and beautiful.

Location near Ascona boulevard and breakfast with look on Lago Maggiore. Top start of the day.

Super friendly staff, great location of the hotel and delicious breakfast

Modernised and well presented small hotel with beautiful lake views. Breakfast slightly average. We ended up booking here because most hotels around Orta and Maggiore booked dated and basic.

Very well located hotel at the promenade, nicely renovated rooms, good restaurants and very kind and courteous staff, we definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again

This is a very tasteful hotel. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I love the set up. My only concern was that the rooms are mot properly isolated, which means that I could hear what happens in the adgaisant rooms - sadly my neighbors were very very loud and the volume of their tv a lot higher than normal. So, no negative comments about the hotel. I had a nice single room with a view to the lake.

The room was clean and big enough for one night. I found the Mattress to be very very very hard. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she said that they have soft toppers available. How would I know or find out about it? Reception closed at 20.00H I would not call this a Boutique style Hotel, it does not have that cozy feel of what I would call a "Boutique style" Hotel. Also: The Hotel is located in the Pedestrian zone, so it is quite a hassle getting to the Hotel and dropping your luaggage off. Parking is, if reserved at a Parkinglot a bit away from the Hotel.

We've been to Ascona many times now, but wanted to have lakeview at the lakefront. Our room was in one of the buildings a little further away than we thought, but we still had a decent view of the lake. Unfortunately it was very windy, so we didn't spend much time on the balcony. The room had a good size, was clean and the receptionists were friendly and helpful.

I stayed in the lake view room which was beautiful. Could recommend maybe a coffee/ tea station which would have been nice to have while sitting out on the balcony.

Very good location. Had a single room with Lake view. Small bed but nice and clean. Thin walls, you hear the neighbors. But not a sound from the street or other noice. The restaurant is great. Contemporary Asian. Try the curries!

Modern and well decorated hotel in super central location at the Ascona waterfront. We loved the breakfast right next to the Lago Maggiore. Highly recommended!

Great hotel for a short stay, small but very pleasantly designed rooms that are clean and comfortable, close to public transportation and right next to the lake.

No tea or coffee making facilities. No bottled water in the room. Fundamentals.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during a 2-week trip to Switzerland. The location was absolutely outstanding as it's conveniently located to a number of shops and restaurants, and that iconic view of Ascona. Our room was very nice, despite issues with the air conditioner leaking when we tried to use it. Our only complaint was that we had asked for a lake view, but our balcony only allowed us to see a sliver of the lake. Otherwise, it was very nice. Driving here? They have convenient parking, but it feels a little daunting when you first arrive. It's actually very easy and a convenient 2-3-minute walk. There's a great gelato shop to the right when you're leaving the hotel, and a very nice Italian restaurant (Osteria Nostrana) to the left. They had a nice breakfast offering, too!

The hotel has fantastic views of the Lake. It is worth spending the extra money for the lake view rooms.

Very nice hotel in a stunning location. Only negative is that the rooms have no air conditioning and when it’s 35 degrees Celsius outside, a mere fan is not going to do it.
