nice hotel

It was a good experience at the hotel. But next time we wanted at the new Royce Hotel and Casino. Overall experience all good.

Nice place to stay

Twenty One Testaurant serves good breakfast. They just need servers or waiters that are fully trained. One waiter gave me coffee but ihave to ask for creamer and sugar. When he gave me both, i have to ask for teaspoon.

Property has great potential, mall portion under construction but food choices are good. Safe easy to get to the airport and has a nice pool or relax area if u dont want to get ur feet wet.

Clean, safe, many dining options. The staff is always helpful. The rooms are spacious .

The staff (receptionists, concierge, security, housekeepers and F&B servers) was the only highlight of this location. We didn’t have hot water 4 out of the 5 days we had stayed. What I was told by the maintenance personnel was the water temperature had to be controlled to prevent guests from being burned (???), and to open all the faucets for 15 minutes the night before in order for the water to cycle through and become hot in the morning. Really????

Rooms is clean and spacious but with musty smell,upon entertaining theres a poopy smell eventhough no one use the washroom.. also water leaks out the shower area when you are taking a bath

The best was the friendly and helpful service of all the staff And the Breakfast Buffet every morning. The only negative was mold starting to grow in shower.

The bed was comfortable, we slept straight till morning. The breakfast buffet was enormous and the breakfast room is like fine dining!

There seems to be two different properties. The deluxe rooms are in the older hotel. The premium rooms is in the newer building attached to the main casino. The room I stayed it was spacious but definitely a little older.

Over all service is excellent from the front desk up to the parking attendant. Buffets are in par with Las Vegas where we go once or twice a month. We have a vacation house in Vegas that’s why we go there frequently.

Nice Hotel but i think the old building should be renovated. A little old and dated.. but over all its still pleasant. Staff are cordial and friendly!

Great location for us, the inner walls of the hotel had lack of insulation was noisy. heard construction, traffic, and people in hallway talking loud or in the room next door.

Breakfast buffet is really good! Mom was so happy and the hotel provided so many options. Room was also in good condition.
