This place is run down,dirty, noisy and falling apart. No insulation so heard our neighbors all night. Never had our room cleaned. Had to wear shoes as floors were filthy! Hair in the bathroom . For $400 per night stay anywhere else. Avoid this place.

The room was very dingy and smelled like must and smoke. The pull out couch had stains on it, so we did not use it. We only had a very short stay, it was already 1am. The toilet paper dispenser was broken and there were barely enough towels for one person. $300, I would have expected much more. It’s a very old and outdated room, it could at least be clean.

Bed was uncomfortable. Wifi was very weak. Tv remote barely worked. Tv was in a horrible spot to view from the couch. But it did have good water pressure and good hot water.

The room was pretty dirty. Asked for more wash up towels and they didn’t have any. For the price that I paid, I should have been able to enjoy my stay a little more!

I’m not sure how this property can be a Marriott?! It was extremely filthy and the employees did not care one bit. Upon arrival for a 3-night stay, we found a dirty bathroom including a pile of hair in the vanity. We politely asked the front desk the next morning to please clean which they said they would do. When we got back that evening, it was clear they never even entered the room. Not only was the pile of hair still there but they had not given us clean towels. Our son was in a 2nd room and the nightstand drawer was full of used Kleenex - GROSS! We even discussed the issues with the manager over breakfast the next morning and while she apologized, no one ever cleaned our rooms. We had to ask for clean towels every day. Entire hotel is tired and dirty. We would have better off staying at a Motel6 than spending the money for this Marriott.

The room was not very clean and the furniture was worn down. The digital room keys for the hotel do not work. I was told by hotel staff that they haven’t worked for quite some time. Also, the room was non-smoking, but reeked of cigarette smoke, which greatly aggravated the allergy issues my family deals with. I was told by hotel staff to try opening the window to let the room air out, which did not help.

At check in the front desk was rude. The place is dirty the pool was green Liz told my daughter it was due to black people hair. Both nights we were there Liz never stayed at the desk, she was to busy playing cards with some guy in the lobby. Just felt like for $550. Big let down and disappointment. Stayed at your other facility before and had better service. Sadly think I will be finding another chain at appropriates having guests stay with them.

Toilet didn't flush, no hot water in bathroom sink, dirty counters. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Almost $300.00 a night for a single room for a swim meet and the pool is CLOSED. Half of our money should be returned. Would have stayed somewhere else but did not know until we were checked in.

Our stay was nice, no issues, bed is comfy. Ask the night prior for a late check out as we were told no the morning of and it made us rush in the morning.

It was a terrible experience the room I had I paid 360 dollars for upon arrival it smelt like dog I went to the front desk all the did was spray it … the dog smell didn’t go away it got even worse housekeeper informed me that they put dogs in the room then sale then I mean it smelt so bad I would never go here again … I’m thinking sense it was so much it would be nice no way !! I would never even if I was in desperate need

2e were there for my dad's funeral. We had rooms for four of our children. Everything was nice. Staff were friendly and compassionate. We have stayed there before. It is always clean, quite, and in a good location.

Our hotel room was nasty! More than $300 for a one night stay in a cheap motel. The room smelled undeniably like urine, furniture was torn with stuffing coming out, carpet was ripped and missing, garbage from the previous guests left in the can, andno towels upon arrival. It was disgusting!!!!

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our emergency trip to come into the area for the sudden illness and passing of my Dad. Clean, comfortable and worth the money.

Very disappointed in the condition of the room, the room had dirty ziploc bags left in the bathroom, the bedspreads were gross and there was cheerios all over the floor. The staff Mary at the desk was rude, we went to the store to get our four year old son a birthday cake and when we came back into the hotel entrance she looked at us and said are you having a party up in your room and when we replied no she looked at us and said ok and that's good. Very disappointed in our stay for the price of the room.

The staff was friendly and common areas were clean. There was dust on higher areas and smudges on windows, but otherwise it was a good hotel. There were many items that could be borrowed for a long stay.

The room was a total dump. The sofa looked like someone tgrew up on it. The bathtub had pubic hair and a used bar of soap. The carpets were filthy and in need of replacement. The doors were dirty. Covid cleanliness is not practiced at this facility. Unable to find another hotel due to it being a "drill" weekend. Do not prepay for this dump. Im sad that a Marriott logo is on the building. Pictures are being sent to the state for covid cleaning policy violations.
